“I came in without an appointment with a noisy ride. They started working on my van within 30 minutes. They took all four tires off, examined, spun balance and rotated. They had found a separated tire. I asked them to put the spare on. They did. They refused to charge me anything. Finally, they said I could tip the mechanic 20 bucks and I did. Had I lived in the area, I would’ve bought a set of tires from them.?”
“Sunday we noticed our hitch had broke just as we were hooking our camper to come home from FDR campground in Pine Mountain. We had to leave our camper at the campsite, come home 2hrs away, and get our hitch replaced. I called Knollwood and spoke to Brandon and Noah. They were so extremely helpful. They ordered the part and replaced it today (Tuesday). Our camper has to be out of the campsite by Thursday. Because of Brandon and Noah’s great assistance we can now get our camper back home. We really appreciate both of them so much!”

On April 21st, 2024, "BermudaBlue", my '07, 181,621 miles, Avalanche, went to the Firestone Car Care Center.
The mechanics performed a detailed inspection of the truck.
I took it to get the struts and ball joints,(lower control arms), replaced!
I was aware, the differential & valve cover gaskets, were worn. These were definitely confirmed on the inspection!
The detailed inspection revealed that hub bearings were worn, and sway bar bushings deteriorating.
All work needed, was performed by Mr. Ricky!
The truck is riding, equal to new vehicle.

“I bought tires here earlier this year and the process was so smooth. I had both of my kids with me, all of the staff were really nice, helpful, and patient with my children. We were in and out in less time then was estimated (1hour).I went pack as a walk in bc I had a nail in one tire a few weeks later. They took us in and had it patched in about 30 minutes. Free of charge.I later got into a fender bender and damaged my rim and tire (They sell rims also but I brought one of my own), all I had to pay for was insurance for another tire ($48). When we got a quote from Toyota to do the same the charge was going to be $500 just for the rim and then I would have had to buy a new tire also.Again the same welcoming and friendly customer service we received at this visit. All three visits were completed relatively quickly. Some of the staff even stayed almost an hour after they closed to finish our car this last visit.This is a great place and you’ll be happy to choose it.”
