Made a one way mini van reservation that originated from this location. I prepaid and got a confirmation verifying the reservation dates.A few days went by and then I received a call from Avis. The employee stated that my reservation was canceled because they didn’t have any vans or equivalent vehicles. She then made it seem like it was my fault that I made such a late reservation during a holiday weekend. Why would the website allow me to make a reservation if there wasn’t any available vehicles?Of course I had to ask for a refund for the prepaid amount. Otherwise, I’m sure they would have just stiffed me. She was zero help with that as well, only giving me their customer service line. It seems like she could have made the cancellation and refund directly.This is incredibly inconvenient and now I’m left trying to figure out a plan B. This will be the first and only time I’ll use Avis for car rental. Their website reservation system is broken and their customer service stinks. I intend on telling friends and family NOT to use them. TURO is much more convenient these days, especially if you’re trip starts and ends in the same place.

Incredibly easy to book online! The staff here is also wonderful and very attentive. I had to extend my vehicle twice very short notice and then change the drop off location and they were very patient and made it easy!

I would recommend this location to everyone. Whenever I need a rental this will be my first choice, customer service was awesome, quick and fast, offered me the best deal on a vehicle and nice clean car.

Ive been renting with Avis for over 20yrs now. Avis makes renting a car simple and hassle-free. Made the reservation, confirmed the reservation, went in and picked up my car. It was clean and smoke free. Returned it with the gas they gave me (and some), and I was out. 4 stars, because there is always room for improvement.

I reserved a vehicle online to pick up at the Atlanta airport. When I arrived, the line was long, so I waited about 30-45 minutes to get to the front counter. Right before it's my turn to walk to the counter, the rep tells out "I'm sorry but if you have a reservation that was made today, we cannot honor it because we're sold out." I approached the counter to ask how was this possible and what would they do for this inconvenience. He said there was nothing that they could do and that they tried to shut down the website but didn't and that's how people were able to continue making reservations. So, no compensation and myself, along with so many other people were left without the rentals that we reserved ahead of time. This was very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but to not honor reservations and not do anything to compensate your customer is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone even if it was the last rental car company standing. Learn to value your customers!

The Manager Regina Palladeno at the Warner Robins location is absolutely terrible! I called and she hung up in my face. She also told me I could bring the vehicle back on a certain day at a certain time and when I did... The location was closed and she didn't show up as she promised. And to really make matters worst - she blatantly lied to me! She told me I could not pay for the rental on my debit card once I returned it. Thankfully when I returned the rental a gentleman checked me out and he asked me "would you like to keep it on the same card" which was my credit card... I told him no.. my preference would be to pay for it on my debit card which he accepted and checked me out hassle free unlike Regina who lied about it having to stay on my actual credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable!! She needs to take some diversity classes. I may contact the corporate offices and file a formal complaint on her.
