Following recommendations from friends, I chose The Floor Store to replace almost all of the flooring in my house. The installers, Dakota, Dylan and Ashley did a great job. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was positive. Highly recommend.

Surprising how many options they have in what seems like not that big of a store. Everything was clean, calm, and organized. The lady that helped us was very friendly. The only downside was that they did not have the tile we wanted in stock. It was going to take 1-3 weeks to get it ordered. So, we didn't end up buying on this trip, but will in three future.

I would not recommend this store for any type of work because that take your money and don’t come back here is my story that told me it’s only takes 5 days to finish a my project and today it’s 1 1/2 month still not finish thay came up short with bathroom floor tile haven’t hard anything from them until I callled 5-6 times finally got answer thay don’t have the tile Anymore and now thay saying choose another tile thay have to demolish the tile thay install and now thay have to put another one but still no answer when will be get done I would not recommend this store. I still have lots of remodeling need to done but I am not going with this people. I hope this will Explain you. Very unhappy ?it’s true that have unprofessional people working

These people came out last Wednesday half measured wasn't friendly at all guy told us we would have the quote by the end of the day hear we are a week later and surprise still no quote so long story short not professional at all they'll never get my business.

They provide mediocre tiles quality and their service is not that good. They have a good display in their store. However, found out they hire the lowest and worst tile installation personnel for installation. It’s a subcontract which most of these guys don’t understand how to install tile or the procedure each stone requires. They installed cultured stone in my house and never sealed it. I asked if they would seal it and they said that they don’t do that. This is common process for all cultured stone installation. Most porcelain tile doesn’t require sealing but grout does especially in wet areas.I wouldn’t recommend this company due to its sub contractors.
