The tmobile portal was giving me a message to try later in making payment. I paid at store and ask why was I being charged $5 extra when your pymt portal is clearly not working. The "key holder " was very rude , short and dismissive of my inquiry. I've had 3 lines with tmobile for the past 12 year and will be changing providers. In store customer service sucks

I had the absolute worst customer service ever today. My husband and I entered the store. 2 employees looked at us and continued to do what they were doing. Neither spoke, welcomed us into the store or nothing. We were there about 30 minutes before the female employee walked over to a mother and daughter that came in after us and attempted to wait on them. As I was headed over to let her know we were there first, the customer told her. Then she had a very nonchalant attitude when she came to help us. I told her I didn’t appreciate the service we didn’t receive upon entering the store and she said, “sorry” borderline rudely. The male that was working there welcomed the other family after they had been waiting just as long. I don’t know what kind of business y’all running, but I know T-Mobile has lost me as a customer and I haven’t even purchased a phone yet. Customer service has gone to hell in a hand basket and I refuse to give anyone my money and get poor customer service. Train your employees or close the business. The only reason you got 1 star is because it’s required to leave a comment. Y’all suck!

It's not tmobile with problem It's people that work for t mobile I had got extra days for paying my bill u now those people cut my service off then want charge me late fee if u have call days ago and set up payment arrangement why would they cut phone off sprint never did that they want charge u for everything

Too busy though...oh hey...wait a minute, wow! I just remembered, I actually had a bad experience! Wow! I just remembered that.I love it when my team of experts give me a warm, pleasant greeting every time I visit but this time...they were...silent. Granted they were assisting others so I simply dismissed it. 10 minutes later another costomer walked in and they gave her a hearty greeting! And three minutes apologized to her and said someone will be with her shortly. Sigh,yes...I was...saddened. I felt...meaningless and insignificant. I was just visiting to ask a question concerning my closed account; nevertheless, after waiting over 10 minutes I had to leave( I had visited while waiting for my Little Ceasars pizza to be completed. I'm not sore though, as a 6yr loyal customer this was my only less than stellar experience so no worries, I still love you guys( everyone is entitled to at least one bad experience, lol) I'm gonna keep on coming back regardless!

Very busy store. Miss Angela is the sweetest most patient lady. I wish more ppl in sales were as kind as her. T mobile is lucky to have her as an employee

The employees there were extremely ill mannered and had horrible attitudes when i was inquiring about a phone that i wanted. They were clueless to every question i had and were rude when i was trying to gain an understanding. I returned to the store multiple times and received different representatives and nothing changed. I finally called in to another T-mobile near by, the one located in Bonaire, Ga, and was greeted with respect and positivity. They had an answer for my every question and I was able to get the phone that I wanted with no complications, in contrast to what this store was telling me.

I have had Sprint since 2007, I have had pretty good luck during that time, with very few hiccups.When TMobile merged with Sprint the last couple of years I wasn't too sure how the merger would affect service, I have changed phones several times over the years to keep up with the technology, the service from this store on Watson Blvd has been without a doubt some of the BEST service I have experienced in the many years.That said, a big shout out to the crew at this store but most of all to our representative who serviced us to the max today, Chance who spent nearly 3 hours getting 2 phones, a watch and accessories rounded up and transferred from old phones to new phones, including downloading and syncing the watch, GREATLY appreciate the service, thank you

Five stars to the gorgeous Alexis, not only on the outside but she has the most beautiful spirit. Her consistent smile and willingness to help everyone is very very rare these days. I recommend anyone visiting this store to see Alexis. Whatever Tmobile is paying her, it is not enough.Unfortunately when I returned, I expected another representative like Alexis. I wish I could say the same about the other women there. The dark skinny girl (has a weird name, and not pleasing to look at by far, also annoying voice…..the least she could be is respectful ) and the other girl were extremely rude (the other girl was at least cute enough to look at.) The management team needs to retrain them. They both lack professionalism and didn’t know anything and it was exhausting working with either of them. One star for each of them.

The Gentleman who was very helpful advised me that the phone I wanted would go on sale in September if I could possibly wait that long.I told him he would be the man that would make that sale to me. You can't beat "Good Customer service"!It's so hard to come by these days and can't Teach it to these kids .

This lady shouldn’t work in customer service when she rolls her eyes and makes a disgusted face when my dad didn’t understand something she was saying.. you’re there to help people not to be rude.. but thanks to Mr Chance for taking the time to help my dad get his issues resolved & for actually showing concern

THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION TO SHOP AT. They are so rude and don’t even speak when you walk in. The girl that helped me and my mother walked off and left to help someone else and never came back . I had to interrupt her after being there for over a hour attempting to get the information transferred to my new device. She said oh yeah, you good to go. I got home and only had contacts on my phone. I will NEVER go back there. I was in the location down in Perry some months back and they know how to celebrate a customer who has been loyal for over 11 years.

I walked into the store with no hope. Cindy Green was the most patient and awesome person. She listened to my problems and worked on them one by one. She enlisted help from customer service, Marley Bender. Marley was great as well. I could not have asked for a better team!
