Went to open an account. Lady was condescending and matter of fact. I thought a bank would be happy to have new customers. Don't know why but she had no interest in helping me open an account. I felt very unwelcome. It was clear I wasn't the right "fit" for this bank. I decided to go with another bank.

Everything was cool until I was asked to come in to cash a check. Never had to do that before plus a $5 fee
