They promised me if I brought a big enough sample they could match any color paint well.I brought 2 colors in.They said they got a match on it and they gave me 2 samples.I paid $22 for it got home.Put it on the wall and it does not match.I just wasted $22.Don't trust these people

I have been in the store 2x and both times the staff were not helpful at all and rude! The first visit was on a Saturday and a black guy was leaning on the counter and was not helpful at all ! I asked about a color I was looking for and he just replied when I asked him “ If it’s not there on the board we don’t carry it or we are out of it “ he didn’t even try to help see what the color it was .
I went back another time just last week on a Thursday and there were 2 people this time . The black lady was at the door , so when I entered she made sure she told me they were closing soon and i said i was just looking for a color could she help me and was told “ they can’t help match colors “ what they have is on the wall !
Again , no help ! I asked who her mgr was and she said Rodney ! I only went there because I was sent by my builder ! I will not go to that store again and I’ll go see another Sherwin Williams store ! I also made my builder aware I better not be getting my paint from that location! There’s other Sherwin Williams locations and I did go to Russell Pkwy and they carry the brand “ Sherwin Williams “ and WAS DEFINITELY VERY HELPFUL!

sherwin williams is a great paint store. i came into the store with a literally dried up sample of the builders paint, and they matched it. i did not buy the first time at the store, because the associate told me about a 30 % off sale starting the next day. that's when i returned and bought. saved almost 50 dollars. this is service, that you dont really get at the big box stores. like this place. highly recommand

I made a mistake getting Sherwin-Williams the Sherwin-Williams in Warner Robins Georgia the young lady is very rude she shouldn't be working in a public establishment from now on I will be going to another paint store and I will ask all of my customers to buy the paint somewhere else this is the second time this month I'd have got disrespected at Sherwin Williams in Warner Robins and the Mercer University store

If you have any questions about products, tools, what chemicals do and don't go together (the science behind the paint), ask Cory Carter at the south Houston lake location in Warner Robin's. I've been painting for a long time and its a rarity to run across someone with his knowledge in the paint department. Other than that it is a clean well ran store. Peace?

Very helpful staff. Matched a custom color perfectly. Their paint is expensive but with a 30% off coupon it brings it down to an affordable range.
