Messed my wife’s car up claiming they did necessary repairs. Brought the car in for a P0024 code and they replaced the wrong part. Had to take it to another mechanic and they fixed it and showed exactly where these crooks messed up. They only tried to partially refund so we taking them to court. They tried to say it was an overdue oil change but we had it done the day before we brought it there at Take 5 Oil. This shows you how stupid they are that the mechanic tried to say it needed an oil change when it just had one the same week. Instead of them just admitting they messed up they tried to lie and cheat us. Can’t wait til the get them court papers. That manager Catherine is shady as hell and lie her behind off

This is a HORRIBLE body shop. I brought my vehicle in Friday, September 8 and Saturday, September 9th. They charged me for a diagnostic, and I paid happily that Friday. Waited four hours in a lobby full of bugs for my car to be fixed because they had to order a part. When the part came in, they realized it was the wrong part and asked me to return the next day which I did. When I returned the next day, I dropped my vehicle off, and the manager, Katherine Taylor assured me when I asked her would it take care of the check engine light and the auxiliary light that it would. She called me a couple of hours later, to tell me the mechanic ASKED did I have an oil change because that may be why the check engine light was on. HOW ARE YOU THE MECHANIC AND DONT CHECK TO SEE IF THERE WAS AN OIL CHANGE? I advised her that the oil change had already been done, which is something the mechanic would’ve seen HAD HE LOOKED. She called me a few minutes later and advised me that my car was ready, but the check engine light and auxiliary light were still on. She told me that the mechanic did not have the equipment to clear the codes. I asked her why was I paying for a service that they did not complete and she told me that I would ultimately have to take my car to Chrysler to get the codes cleared and get the check engine light on. WHICH IS WHY I TOOK MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED IN THE FIRST PLACE! When I got up there to pick up my car, she took $100 off for “my troubles”. I ended up taking my car to Chrysler where they advised that Precision called them and told them specifically “we don’t know how to turn off the check engine light.” (And Chryslers calls are recorded so there’s proof). And get this. Precision replaced the WRONG PART! I had to pay Chrysler over $600 for my car to be repaired and when I came to get a refund from Precision, I was told that they would have to take the part out of my vehicle since THEY replaced the wrong part. Instead of them trying to rectify THEIR ERROR and either fix the problem OR take the car to Chrysler to have it fixed since they couldn’t, they basically said “oh well.” I advised them that this was an illegal act of trying to take out a part and install a “used” part as it is considered an unauthorized repair, however, they (her manager Brian James) only offered me a partial refund instead of a full refund despite me showing the manager proof that what they were doing was illegal trying to take out a part that they replaced and install an old one which has been sitting there at their shop for a few days and could have been damaged or anything could’ve happened to it. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as taking it to social media, contacted local news outlets and filing in small claims court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They will charge you for something they didn’t fix or misdiagnosed. If you are paid for a service, you are supposed to be able to do THAT service. And if you cannot do that service, the customer is to be refunded. How they don’t grasp that concept I don’t know. Ultimately, I wasted two days at this company to take it somewhere else to be repaired.

I paid for a service that they did not complete and they refused to refund me. Saturday, September 9, 2023, I came in around 1 o’clock after not getting a phone call and waited in my car due to the excessive amount of bugs in the lobby. Once I dropped my car off, I asked her specifically would it take care of the check engine, light and auxiliary light. She assured me that it would. A few hours later I got a phone call and she said that the mechanic asked had I gotten an oil change. I asked her if he’s the mechanic wouldn’t he be able to look to see if there was an oil change. I then told her how I had just gotten an oil change on Thursday, so that was not the reason for the check engine light. She tells me that she is going to notify the mechanic. A few minutes later, she calls me back and tells me that the car is ready and has been fixed, but they cannot get the check engine light to go off. She said that the mechanic does not have the equipment to do so. I asked her why am I paying for a service that isn’t completed. I brought the car in to have the check engine light fixed as well as the auxiliary late. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, I was visibly upset. She offered $100 off, even though they still had not fix the problem. I had to take my car to another mechanic who advised that they replace the wrong part. When I called and told her, she said they could not offer me a full refund unless they took the part out of the vehicle that they replaced and put the old part back in. This is an illegal practice as it is an unauthorized repair. When I advised her of this, she then told me that they could not refund me. I paid two different mechanics to fix my car even though Precision did not do anything. I am now taking them to small claims court for reimbursement of the funds from the error on their behalf, as well as the repairs that I had to pay for at another mechanic. They are fraudulent, and their mechanic clearly did not do the job.

Went there on 8/21 to get oil change and filter change. Notice the next day some oil on the garage floor. Called on Thursday to talk to management about the situation and was told to come in on Saturday. I get there at 2pm and the place is closed. So I go somewhere else and they tell me that the oil filter was very loose and was the cause of the oil leak. Also, the dust shield was never put back on. So, once again thank you for your incompetence. I will take my business elsewhere.

A coworker recommended Precision Tune Auto on Russell to me when he had an urgent issue with his car that was fixed quickly with great care and effort to call surrounding businesses for parts. I went to Precision Tune Auto believing that my exhaust system had a leak. My car was rumbling on a cold start and when accelerating and at idle for the first few minutes of driving. The boss could have easily taken advantage of this presumption and charged me several hundred dollars for repairs. Instead, he called me within an hour to let me know that the issue was caused by a few bolts on a bracket were loose, and he charged me nothing for the repair. As someone who has been price-gouged by other car mechanics, I am always nervous to take my car to get repairs. However, everyone was extremely reputable, honest, down-to-earth, and kind, and I don't worry about being taken advantage of here. They'll have my business for the rest of my time in the middle Georgia area, which I assume to be many years. Thank you so much!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Precision Tune location at 712 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, Georgia, at approximately 8:00 AM. The service repair of the 2013 Nissan Altima was a tune-up. After waiting with the vehicle for about an hour, Brian the district manager, came to explain to that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. We authorized him to make the repair. Around 3:00 PM, that same day, we called to inquire about the car after not hearing from a representative of Precision Tune. When we called, they told is we could come now and by the time she arrived her car would be ready. When we arrived the car was in the bay smoking profusely. We asked if the car should be smoking, and Brian stated it will stop smoking when the oil burns off. At this time, Brian stated that the valve cover needed to be replaced as well, but he would not be able to get the part until Monday at the earliest. He stated there were grommets in the oil gasket cover that made it more difficult . We inquired to find out why they did not call to update us with this information beforehand, and Brian stated his mechanics can't know everything about the vehicle. He stated to go ahead and pay for the service she received on this day, so we paid as requested. The total was $543.04, which include a 4-cylinder Tune Up, Spark Plugs, and Valve Cover gasket. We asked Brian if he was certain that it was okay to drive the vehicle with it needing the additional repair, that he suggested which was a valve cover replacement. We emphasized to Brian that it did not make sense to leave with the car and pay additional labor or damage the vehicle. Brian stated the car would be fine and he would warranty all the parts and would not charge her additional labor when she brings the car back to get the valve cover replaced. We inquired again to confirm that it was okay to operate the vehicle and that it would not cause any damage. Brian stated, "Yes, I would not tell you anything wrong." The car was still noticeably smoking as she drove down the street. I went home and parked the car. On Sunday morning, April 9, Easter morning I drove the car to church. After leaving church, I stopped at the Dollar Tree on Elberta Road, in Warner Robins, Georgia to make a purchase; However, when I came back to start the vehicle, it would not start. The car would not crank and could not be jumped started. I called my insurance company, to tow the car back over the Precision Tune on Russell Parkway. On Monday morning, April 10, I went to Precision Tune to inform Brian of what happened. He stated that he would inspect the car to see what could have happened. Brian stated oil was everywhere. I reminded Brian of the conversation that was previously aforementioned in which Brian stated the car would be fine to drive. Later that evening, Brian informed me that they could not figure out the problem with the vehicle. After still seeking out the issue, Brian later had no answer after a few days. Brian then informed me that he would get the car over to the Precision Tune on Watson Boulevard, in Warner Robins to see if they could help discover the issue. After being at the Watson store and resulting in no conclusion, Brian said he was calling a mechanic from out of town. By this time, it had been almost a week with no answer or solution. When I inquired again about her vehicle, Brian stated the car needed a starter. I told him to go ahead and put the starter on the vehicle. After he put the starter on, the car still did not work. Brian then stated it was something electrical. After another week at the shop he stated the car jumped time, and he did not understand why it jumped time. We asked Brian to explicate what that means, and he stated the motor was blown. After conversing with Brian, we stated to him that when the car was brought to the shop it was not smoking and the car was operable and did not have any damage to it. After my son made a call to the manager at the Watson location, he asked if we could lend Brian some grace because Brian had been having a hard time at the Russell Parkway location as many of

I gave up going to the Precision Tune on Russell Pkwy in Warner Robins. They always seem to have "employee problems" and it takes forever to get an oil change.

If you want a professional then avoid this place. Didn't know I'd have to tell them how to put oil in the car. Or how much.

A shop that's definitely not worth your time, treats your car about the same that they treat their employees, Will rip you off at a moments notice and sell you unneeded repairs, will not do a full and thorough inspection on your vehicle, underpays employees and will trash talk and gaslight them if they aren't pushing sales and making at least 15.50% of sales versus labor cost, an extremely greedy company with poor values, do not bring your car here there are much better places to take your business to that actually treat their employees and customers with care and respect...
