Took my 13 year old long haired German shepherd in for bath and nail trim. She’s kind of anxious at groomers, so, we did it on 2 separate days. She looks beautiful and because she had time to rest in between visits, she fared really good. The staff was excellent with her and she seemed very comfortable with the experience. I am so happy with Posh Paws!

The owner has the poorest customer service of any business owner I have ever encountered. When I started using Posh Paws mobile van, my appointment kept getting canceled and the grooming service was a no-show due to me "not confirming the text." I never got the text and had to prove this to the owner. After straightening that out and when I actually started receiving the texts, we consistently used them monthly; after missing the confirmation text in February, I contacted them to see if my puppy could be added to the schedule (before the work day began). I was told no; they said I was booked for the remainder of the year and we could pick up in March. Today, I reached out to confirm my March appointment because I had not received a text to confirm. Apparently because we missed last appointment, we have been dropped as clients - even though the texts say they will pick back up in March (see screenshot proof). Temperamental owner and poor customer service. I see numerous other reviews stating the same. If they treat the human customers this poorly, it makes me wonder how they treat the dogs who can't tell on them. Only giving one star because zero is not an option.

My dog was in desperate need of a full grooming and I knew she would need to be completely shaved due to matting. When I saw her I could tell instantly how much better she felt! Thank you to the very friendly staff for the excellent job you did. My dog and I highly recommend Posh Paws Pet Grooming!

Posh paws is the best! Rachel S. is amazing and is so sweet to my dog Chase! He loves going for his haircuts and always looks so amazing when I pick him up! I 100% recommend posh paws!

They do a fantastic job with the grooming and their mobile unit makes it so convenient. Our issue is with their scheduling system that allows them to overbook. Multiple times we were scheduled but when we call to confirm they have no record of our appointment. Sometimes this was the day of the appointment. We even had screenshots of the appointments we booked.Please cancel our “scheduled” appointments that were booked through June 2024.

I was charged $75 for partial growing service that included a shampoo and blowout. My dog had only been groomed once before and for some reason she panics there so I was able to find a groomer that is more patient. I feel this is a salon only for dogs that are calm. Not all dogs are calm especially if they are new to grooming.

My favorite grooming spot. Everyone at Posh Paws has been consistently professional and kind. My dogs actually come home clean AND dry, unlike at some bigger chain-store groomers. Good add-on services, good online scheduling, good location, good staff. Most of all, they remember my dogs! If they notice something wrong or something improved with my pets, they simply let me know. I value their input.

Do not, under any circumstances say anything that might be construed as a complaint or a criticism. Do not express concerns over your pet. They WILL drop you as a client. Some of the people working there will blow things out of proportion and then whine to the owner, who can't be bothered to address an issue with you personally. It's a shame as we were quite happy with them as was evidenced by our coming back time after time.

I used to take my dog to get a trim and bath there until I was told my dog had yellow discharge and that she might have yeast infection. The young lady refunded my money and I took my dog to the ER. Nothing was wrong with my dog and I decided to not go back.
