When people call for an appointment, discuss insurance. Don’t bank on people paying cash upon arrival when they have 2 insurances. Classic bait and switch. I recommend you go elsewhere where honesty is still something they believe in.

They schedule appointments stating they accept insurance and when you arrive they explain they don’t take the insurance because they want cash paid upfront for the appointment. Completely not acceptable and very disappointing and disrespectful to waste someone’s time when the appointment is needed for certain reasons.

This has been the worst experience ever still trying to receive mine and my husband's glasses that were ordered and paid for a month and 4 days ago. After spending over 700 in that place after insurance I would expect to have glasses by now. Never again back to Walmart Vision Savers for my family.

Had eye exam on January 3rd. 2 months later and still have not received my glasses. Each call says they will check on it and then I never gat a call back. This place has gone down in customer service and quality. Definitely need to find another eye doctor.

Left on hold 20 minutes. Called back and will not assist. Got hung up on. Rude and horrible customer service. Over priced and under staffed.

Prices a little high BUT, I did have a wonderful experience thanks to the eye tech, Shelly Palmer. She made my experience very enjoyable and made me very comfortable. I just loved her!! She is a wonderful asset to your company.

I stopped using these folks when they said they do video exams. I think it's pretty rediculous that you have to pay more to not even see an actual doctor but to do a video conference. They are too cheap to let you be seen by a live person and call it high tech - though it's a complete rip off.

Great friendly business environment. But very pricey & expensive. So the “contact lenses” I needed was mono vision type. They gave me one pair free trial contact lenses that I put on in the clinic that was majority of my bill. I wasn’t given the cost til it was time to checkout. It went from $54 at check in to spending about $200 at checkout. The lady made the adjustment to the price for me which was nice! I was in the clinic for about 2.5 hours..So if you don’t have the best plan for vision care. You’ll be spending more than you thought you were going to spend. I was probably better off going on base like I originally planned:(

Don't bother. Try Browns Eye Center. My Eye Dr staff is unprofessional and irresponsible. I arrived 15 minutes early and was happy to see only one patient waiting. Sadly my happiness was swiftly swatted by the front desk staff. She was an angry woman. She snarled at her system and at me. She couldn't find my appointment and asked me to show proof. When I showed her my confirmation, she snarled some more. Whew! Here we go. She then brashly told me to fill out some forms. As I filled the form, the 2 techs working that day socialized. I didn't think anything of it, on the contrary, I was happy they were having a better day than the front desk lady. 20 minutes went by, still waiting. 3 to 5 other patients came in and out. One tech called one patient within 5 minutes, she seemed to know this patient personally. 35 minutes went by and the techs saw me but moved on to other things. I contemplated approaching front desk because of her attitude So when I noticed both techs socializing again. I asked the front desk to cancel my appointment and I left. First impression...Staff is rude, inconsiderate and incapable of proper communication.

I get here and the appointment is not on their books. They want me to wait until 1:15. I have other appointment scheduled at 3pm.Theres no way. This place is unorganized. Stay Away.

Booked an appt for my son, I had Robin call me and confirm his appt , first she advised his insurance didn’t pull up after confirming the same information put in she finally found the insurance , appt allegedly set to see an EYE DR . , then we get to my sons appt and all of a sudden he has a $44 copay because they don’t have a EYE DR in the office and they have to use money gouging retinal photos for dilate his eyes for a eye glass exam for an 11 yr old. Not once was it mentioned during the appt confirmation at all. Also why wasn’t it advised that a provider was not available, so then Robin proceeds to try and be condescending and advise no all this is on the website , it was asked of her to pull it up since she is so adamant and of course she could not! She proceeds to get the manager Mia who also could not bring it up and proceeds to say all insurance is different ! EXACTLY MY POINT SO WHEN VERIFYING THE INSURANCE ON THE PHONE CALL WHY HADNT ROBIN DONE HER JOB?? No answer or explanation. Please don’t waste your time going here especially if there is no physical, they can’t just do an eye exam for glasses and they clearly can’t do the simple job is verifying your insurance prior to attending the appt. Waste of time !

Made an appointment months ago, just for me to reach out a week before to make sure I had the correct time and them tell me they can no longer see me that day, then reschedule me another 2 months away. Staff on the phone seemed as though me calling them was a bother to them. And on top of this there are no doctors physically in the building and instead is all telemed.

I called to set an appointment as my Doctor closed and moved to this practice. A guy answered the phone and told me she was on medical leave, before I could even ask the next question he cut me off and said if I wanted a screening of some sort I could be seen, then he went on to say there were no physicians there physically so if I needed my eyes dilated there was nothing they could do. Who answers the phone like this?! Well needless to say I will not be doing business here, but anyways I had to leave a review because the phone call was so unpleasant and unprofessional.
