This gas station is on Watson Blvd in Walmart lot. It's a busy gas station and it does not give any, I mean any good service to customers. On Wednesday 5/14/24 the cashier said the Lotto was down in which it wasn't. she was overwhelmed and didn't want to be bothered with it the line was too long, with only 1 cashier. ?

Anytime I stop here after 10pm the pumps are closed even though the published time is 11:30pm.

The young man working the register today had an exceptional attitude and he's definitely going places in life. Pretty refreshing coming from a gas station.

Patience is a virtue; however, in business, QUALITY customer service is a necessity. The female clerk in attendance this morning was beyond rude to customers who clearly had been PATIENTLY waiting in line for a clerk-in-training to figure out how to scan a gift card for a payment. When asked by the next person in line if she'd open a register, she rudely replied, "Be patient". Mind you, as I've stated, the three of us who were waiting patiently had been in line for 7-10 minutes. Thankfully, I was taught NOT to pay people to mistreat me, so I drove across town to N. Houston to purchase gas. You would think that this station being one of the FEW on this end of Russell, that you'd receive better service but unfortunately that is NOT the case.

I LIVE 60 SECONDS FROM THIS MURPHY'S, AND BECAUSE OF THE FAT, LAZY, RUDE STAFF THEY KEEP THERE, I DRIVE PAST THIS STORE EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THE STORE! After a year, I had to go in to play lottery on a whim, and what do you know? FAT, RUDE WHITE LADY! Rubbernecking and rolling her fat eyes, snapping at ppl. Its almost like they hire a certain type of person! Ugh. Never again. Don't even waste your time or money.

The store is small, very few options for drinks or snacks(though it IS right in front of Walmart).Staff is almost never verbose, but every now and then I find an employée who will be somewhat amicable.They never last long. None of the employees seem to. But the service is quick, gas is cheap.

I recommend not using Murphy’s gas station, they have a pre determined amount they will pull from your card if you get gas, it is 75 dollars so what that means is if you get 15 dollars worth of gas they will still take 75, and it will take 1 to 3 business days for funds to be reimbursed. I do not like a company they determines the amount of money they will take from me without speaking with the customer. Nor do they broadcast that they do this. It seems very untrustworthy to me

The website says that they close at midnight. I've gone up there 3 different times; 1 time at 11:15, and 2 times about 11:30 and them already closed. Really should change the hours posted.

Cigarette and gas prices are good here but the closing time info is wrong or the kid that closes up at nifht likes to cut out early. Its been 40 minutes until close and hes done locked up already.
