I generally visited this location to buy gas and other merchandises for my son. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Shawnee. Shawnee provides good customer experience, Shawnee is friendly and personable, while making my shopping experience pleasant. Thank you Shawnee for all that you do!!!

I'm so happy that I live close to the Walmart gas station I can fill up and save 3 cents off per gallon using Walmart Pay. This has station is great especially during this time of high gas prices!!

Oh my goodness the cashier was nice kind and funny she made you feel welcome I enjoyed my time there. I purchase some cappuccino and it was amazing really good.

I was shopping this location like I do almost on a daily and had trouble with self checkout. The card was reading correctly but needed total entered for amount, I had groceries over $100 worth bagged and ready and a whole other order I was paying for in the chart. Was shopping for a elderly friend and asked 3 different associates for help and finally the 4th associates said that I would have to take all my items I already rang up plus the whole other order and get in line somewhere else. I no the solution wasn't true and felt unappreciated as a loyal everyday customer. I will never shop there again.

Personally I like to go here whenever I am in the mood to be ignored or verbally abused by people who probably don't have a first grade education. Consistently poor customer service combined with a horrible attitude from their employees has ensured that the local corner store gets my business from now on. Can't say I can recall in the handful of times I've been in there having a single sufficient experience, let alone a positive one. Perhaps if they hired staff that didn't look like they hated their life, and by extension you, and provided them with some form of customer service training this place wouldn't be so dismal.

Did an online grocery pick. Scheduled time was 7-8 pm. Got there a little after 7, had received a text my order was ready. Called the number on the sign 3 times, no answer. Did online check in. 15 minutes no one came out . called the regular store number and an employee hunted for the person who does online, could not find them. Said we could wait. We chose not to as by this time we were 30 minutes in. Told her we wanted a refund and she said she would process. Well it was not processed. Called this morning to f/u. Spoke to three people, all rude, was told I could come get it now, ummmm no. Finally after 20 minutes on the phone I get a refund. I wasted an hour for all this.

Every time I go in this store they have an employee follow me. i guess the people they hire are not from Middle GA because true southerners would understand that some people are born different.They hate blacks and disabled people. I have a disability and I've lived in Warner Robins for 12 years. Only inside Walmart Market on north Houston rd in Warner robins do they send security to check me, stare at me and make me feel like an alien because I am slightly different than others. My soul is truly hurt from this experience. I do not have a car but I know it will end badly with the security at this store harming an innocent person.

I come here because of location only. Never have I been to a grocery store that has more expired items on its shelves than this one. Yogurt always expired. Deli meat snacks always expired. Seems like employees aren't stocking properly and just pushing expired items back. But there's really no acceptable reason to have things that expired in JANUARY on the shelf still in APRIL. Disgusting. Produce is lacking too. Very limited selection and often not so great. Very picked over. I will continue to come here until another grocer opens close to home but I do so begrudgingly.
