Mailed package to son at Ft Liberty on November 15th. He never received it. Went back to the company because it showed label created but never mailed. The lady stated that she would check into it and get back with me. I have not heard anything and the package is still showing label created. Maybe it's due to Thanksgiving holiday.

I LOVE this place! It truly is a one-stop shop. You can get notary services, print documents, ship packages, etc. The staff is wonderful & personable. I wish they were open on Saturdays, BUT I understand that they deserve time off too!

I prefer to use more than mail over the local United States postal service. The service and more than mail is way better, I truly feel cared for when I step in those doors.

They have gotten too busy for their britches no help.... but they're still faster than the United States Postal Service. And the people there are very helpful and very nice. They know about shipping.

My mother got charged DOUBLE price what they paid for the USPS charge. When she went to get an explanation and a refund for the 200% increase the absolutely TERRIBLE manager treated her horribly. Don’t get robbed by them and go somewhere else.EDIT: (Since Google will not allow me to respond to the owner I'll edit this original post): The key thing here is the way she was treated. My mother is 20 year customer of this establishment, and had never encountered such treatment. Review your customer care policies with your employees, particularly the manager who is the person who should be setting the example.SECOND EDIT: The owner reimbursed my mother for the extra charges for her shipping. We appreciate and are thankful for the gesture and the will to fix this.Still, it still doesn’t change the fact that my mother (who is a senior) had to go there 6 times to finally get the refund. Also, it doesn’t change the fact that the manager did not treat my mother well.I’ve updated the rating from 1 to 3 stars for that reason.

I paid an large amount of money to have a letter delivered internationally. They told me it would be delivered in one week; but to my surprise they wrote down 2 weeks on the receipt once I found out my letter was not delivered via DHL.However, to the owners credit once she was made aware of the situation she reimbursed me my fees so I will use them again.
