Cashier was very rude and unattended to the other customers in the store was to busy gossiping about another employee who wasn't even there to another employee and both were just really not in the mood to sell anything was even rude when I asked about a wall charger for my business phone. Overall poor customer service.

This store should not advertise being open when they are not open. If they put the signs they have out that they are open to get business,they should open when the business hours are posted!! I ended up at a different store and mentioned this store being closed when the hours show they should be opened and was told the ones at this store are always opening late and closing early, that is not a way to get business and shows bad management and ownership since it is a franchise and owned by a different person than the other 2 stores in town.

I went in to buy a Galaxy A14 5G. They transfer everything from my old phone, what they didn't bother to tell me is they didn't have that phone. They misled me and sold me a different phone, which I discovered that night when I took the charger out of the bag. This is where the main problem starts, the manager Anthony has never been at the store and he's the only one that can do a refund. I have stopped in 3 times and called several times. How can you run a business without the manager. Wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy.

The store closes at 7, clearly I'm here at 6:50pm and the doors locked! If you want to get someone to do their job completely and stay till the time as expected to close, then hire someone else!!!!!

It must be a management problem when all the Metro stores in Warner Robins dont answer the phones. Apparently they dont need the buisness. Now im forced to call a Macon Metro, hope for better luck there.

This company is the rudest and most messed up that I have done business with. This location will grab your money and not fully start your account, when you contact the online customer service they are clueless to helping you. If you want a refund, the staff is belligerent and do not listen. Stay far way from them. I do not believe they deserve even one star, and think the better business bureau, corporate, and local police need to be informed.

Store was closed upon arrival. Considerably earlier than the listed time on Google and the store front door. Attempted to call previous to arriving and no answer. Bad business not to leave a note of sign kind of store was temporarily closed or to even close early when they are only open 12pm-5Pm on a Sunday.
