I'm big on reviews and customer services. Diana did not disappoint. I called because I wasn't sure of the location. Diana gave me a landmark to look for and I was able to find the store. Diana reached out to Metro Pc to help me get my issue resolved. I appreciate the time and effort that she gave me. This was my first time visiting this store location.

The employees were lazy and didn’t want to do anything we asked them to do. They were not friendly at all!!!!

Hands-down the worst customer service experience I had I’ve been to this metro four times just to be told they couldn’t do something from their end that I was repeatedly told on the phone that they could. But instead of just saying they didn’t know, they just kept telling me I was wrong until we got the problem figured out on the six visit . Horrible attitudes by the manager and especially one of the team members named Diana. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I only like dealing with the older people. They are more helpful and they know what they are doing. The younger people that work there have a nonchalant attitude and overall are not very helpful.

Bought the watch4 through metro. Turns out they sold me a watch that doesn't accept metro as a carrier. How metro sold it to me and on top of refusing to do the exchange is hilarious.

They haven't had any newer phones since the first of the year and had to upgrade to an LG Stylo 6, which is the worst phone ever, because my phone died and that was all they had. Most of their phones are at least three years old. Seriously thinking of switching phone carriers, I've been waiting too long to get a better phone.

Its been 2 days and no one has answered the phone, not even sure if this location is in buisness anymore? Seems that all the Metros have the same problem of not answering the phone? Guess the owner dont care if they get buisness. Well my option 2 now is Cricket.
