Unsafe childcare practices and unprofessional.I removed my child from this center for a few reasons:1. My baby stayed sick. Most of the parents are allowed to bring their children even if they are sick. Toddler and baby noses are constantly running and no one is attending to this or alerting parents often enough to prevent spread to their children. When asking staff questions about it I was meet with sarcasm such as be not limited to we all breathe the same air, or bluntly yes another child is sick we sent him home yesterday but it’s ok for them to return back the next day. Fever free for 24 hrs policy is not in effect here.2. Babies are constantly crying when awake. The adult to child ratio is too high. Toddler room children are all on top of tables, laying on tables or standing on tables, throwing toys and there is no order or set routine.3. My child’s items such as pacifier's, bibs and other items would be mixed with other children’s items. Or simply missing. Organization in the one year old room was non existent. This made me feel as though my child was unwelcome then when questioned staff about his item or baby bag again I was meet with attitude to the point I just simply asked the director who really did have much of an answer except we will look for it or it’s got to be in there.4. When you ask questions for clarity. Its meet with rudeness. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked staff about my child’s well being. She made a whole scene in-front of other parents and staff on two instances: 1st when I asked about diaper changing policy. She told me that state recommends that they only had to change my baby every hour. I explained that he needed to be changed when ever he needed to be changed to prevent diaper rash.Second instance was when I asked about the payment policy. Simple question meet with I don’t know from the desk clerk then blunt disrespected from owner. Finally, There is unfortunately no diversity in this childcare center at the time my child attended.I eventually felt that if you find my questions about my child’s well-being to be meet with disrespect and no compassion for my baby is not the right location for my baby to attend and I took my business elsewhere.I will never choose another Meadowdale. I paid on time by the month so I expected my child’s well being to be top priority.

My child loves it here ! The staff here are professional and friendly. This was my daughter’s first time in day care and they made the process fairly easy. I would definitely recommend this learning center and can’t wait for my child to start Pre- K here !

This place does not know how to handle toddlers, I would get a call almost everyday asking me to come pick my son up because he was acting out but they never would show me cameras or explain much. My son never acted out at home but all of a sudden was acting out everyday at the daycare. It just didn’t make sense. I was not comfortable leaving my child here at all and I’m glad I have found a much better and friendlier daycare elsewhere. He has no trouble at this new one, which makes me think even more it was this daycare causing problems not my son.

If you read the two reviews below mine, I had a lot of the same issues regarding a toddler. I also did not appreciate getting a text telling me each time my son had gotten a "strike". I was also texted for his third strike and told it would be his last day. Which I fully understood the three strikes policy but I feel it should have been a phone call. Their texting system clearly doesn't work that well because I got a text at 7:22 pm telling me about my sons strike.

My grandson in my opinion has been targeted. The director was not honest when I asked if they have cameras. She said they do not have cameras. However when my daughter in law went there to take the baby, she was told they had to look on the camera to see if the other children are asleep. They also called for someone to pick him up because he had a temperature. When we checked his temp, he didn’t have a temperature. Then someone from the daycare said that their thermometer is torn up. So they lied about the temp. He is a 1 yr old little boy who I believe has been targeted. today they put him out of the daycare center. We asked to see the camera which would show us his behavior. The director said they don’t have cameras. That was disturbing to me.

Don’t take your kids here! They’re not the friendliest and really don’t know how to handle toddlers. With so much going in the classrooms I would think they would want to invest in a surveillance system whereas parents can look back at situations that occur. Call me back to back about a 4 year old smh. If you can’t handle a baby why have a daycare sorry (learning center). On top of that they won’t notify you when something happens to your kid. My child got a long scar from her head to over her eyebrow, no one called and told me nothing. Seriously disappointed in this poor excuse daycare. I’m sorry (learning center).

Nice staff, but there doesn't need to be loose pets in the building. I also don't like that I was asked to bring a copy of my degree. You don't need a Bachelor's Degree in order to be a Pre-K teacher's assistant, so why need proof?

My boy was getting bullied at his old daycare and would cry not wanting me to leave. I switched him to this Meadowdale and it was the best decision I could have made for him. He absolutely loves getting up in the morning to go to "school". He is learning so well here; actually surprises me how much he has learned in the less than year he's been here. He loves his teacher who really cares and understands kids develop differently as far as potty training and is so patient with my sweet boy! They really care about the safety of the kids too and there's much less sickness since bringing him here. I don't have anything negative to say about this establishment!

Very happy with the services Meadowdale offers. The staff is kind and caring. Any issues, small as they may be, have been handled with professional kindness. Very happy with the level of care for the 9 years we have been using Meadowdale! Keep up the great work.

During covid out break they continue to charge if you keep your child home and you've paid in advance. They are price gouging they do not go by the minimized class to worker ratio. They will force you to withdraw your child and pay them for 2 weeks if you don't want to put your child at risk. They will refuse to refund any money if you have paid in advance without you withdrawing your child. The owners will lie and say you threaten them if you confront them professionally about their business ethics. I am not the only one they have done this to. There are several other parents going through the same issue. These are greedy manipulators who care nithing about the children or parents they provide service for.

My son has attended meadowdale on Leverette for over a year and he absolutely loves it and so do i! Everyone is so loving, yet they do enforce rules for safety and well being of all kids. My child has never had a lot of illnesses going here and he has a personal relationship with everyone he comes in contact with. The front desk manager Stacy is amazing with all the kids and runs a tight but fair ship. If i could keep him there thru grade school i would! They are amazing!

We enrolled our daughter into the Pre-K program at Meadowdale and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Meadowdale to parents looking for a safe and fun learning environment for their kids.
