Very nice gym, Amazing people, really well working machines, great staff, locker rooms are nice, and overall an amazing place definitely recommend for people wanting to work out without having to join a class and want to workout at your own pace.

Beautiful gym and very clean! Staff members very helpful! Marissa is soo sweet and always willing to help me out by showing me how the machines work. Kaleb, her manager, also nice guy and very chill! I recommend this gym 100%!

By far the worst gym I have encountered in the country. They are constantly pestering people working out by asking them for friend referals or constantly calling to get you to bring more people with you to the gym by offering bogus free trials. They only want to get that extra person in the door to harrass them about joining and getting further referals. Within their membership contract they provide you with an incorrect email address to reach for cancelations. If you do get provided with the correct email by asking the front desk, they will try to convince you that you need to finish out your term of contract. They have even convinced people who provided medical documentation and relocation documents that it would be far to expensive to cancel their term and to wait out the year membership. They are quicker to take clients to collections than help them out. I worked there and was told that they canceled my membership because it was free to employees. Nowhere in the contract for employment did it say upon leaving we will reinstate your membership without you knowing. Fast forward a few months, I recieved a letter from collections owing far more than the remainder of what my contract would have been. Collections stated that the majority of what they recieve comes from Max Fitness. They were quicker to collections and much slower to sending me my paycheck that I never recieved to this day. Taking them to court would be far more expensive than just paying the collections fee which unfortunately is what everyone does because they are a commercial gym that tries to strongarm people. Money hungry and not for the people at all.

Great facility worst contract agreement. They won’t let you cancel your membership and they will keep charging additional fees to finally take you to collections. These people are a FRAUD. They are liars big time

Worst gym you could ever attend , workers are rude and please don’t ever get sick and need to be hospitalized . They don’t care and won’t allow you to cancel even with notice .

I had signed up not even a week ago and had to cancel due to restrictions from my surgeon with me having open knee surgery. The fitness team here was quick to refund and cancel my request within the 7 day limit. The gym itself looks great. I have no issues with this gym it's amazing. I will be back once I'm healed up enough from being post op on my open knee surgery ?

Awesome gym! Kaleb the general manager was very helpful and welcoming. I was only in town for a few weeks, but the group classes were so much fun and the gym is very clean. I will be signing up for a membership if I move back to the area.

I was in town for a week and needed a place to work out. The manager was cool and gave me a good deal on a 7 day pass. The gym is very nice and clean. A lot of dumbbells and plenty of room. I would definitely join if I lived near in town.

Large and Clean gym. However, for how ridiculously expensive Max is compared to other gyms in the area, and for how large the gym is and the amount of staff there is, there is absolutely 0 equipment available for machines that need them in order for the machine to be used. And if there is, it’s absolutely not in the right spot, or even at other machines that would use them.
Several younger aged people just standing around at equipment talking and not actively using the machine as well. I’m sure we all know what crowd/age group that is.
Lastly, in regards to equipment, there is SEVERAL cardio machines, but hardly any free weights, assisted weight machines, squat racks, bench press racks etc- which just makes it even worse to try and use because of the certain age group of people going in like it’s a hangout spot and not a gym.
I absolutely will not be renewing my membership here and will take my business elsewhere. I highly advise everyone else to do the same until those issues/concerns are addressed.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! While in search of a gym that provided child care while working out- this was one of the few that offered it. However, this has been a disaster! I started my membership on July 2nd and the person who signed me up fail to communicate or provide a copy of the signed contract. He also assured me that I could cancel the additional package "Push Class" at any time. I had a chiropractic visit on the 20th and was professional told I couldn't physically continue with those intense works out. I reached out to Max Fitness in request to cancel the service and they are still going to charge for the following month. Even though I have told them before EOD and medically provided a letter of why I can't continue. WHY CHARGE ME FOR SERVICES I CAN'T USE AT ALL. $140+ a month is not worth this headache. Not to mention, the child care isn't "required" to change your babies diapers.

Felt as if I was being watched from the time I walked in. The general manager is rude and nasty to people of color. Yelled at my 16yro and stated he could take his membership .
