Both Danny "Technician" and Ginger "Customer Service" are both friendly and helpful when I had a question. Danny is the main person you want to talk to about installing, upgrading or having your Motorola radio fixed since he is the Technician. Danny took his time out and showed me how to program a Motorola XPR 7550 radio when I had a question about programming it. The location is located off of the road next to other businesses but easy to get to. Plenty of parking spots to park in while your dropping off, picking up or just need a question answered. I recommend Macon Communications INC for all my Motorola Radio needs.
