I am only giving 5 stars because of Landon.
The team that does the scheduling is terrible. The manager of that team is condescending. I spoke to 3 different people within 30 minutes and each had different information. Thankfully I talked to Landon and he handled the situation.

I am so happy to have such a high quality dealership in my community. Being relatively new to the area I was comforted by Lowe’s friendly and efficient service.
First the part department was pleasant and on top of his game by helping me find a part. Then the service department followed up by a short time installation.
The total cost was even less than the quoted price and that was far less than what the other dealerships quoted price. Needless to say, I am very happy. Thanks so much, Terrance. I appreciate you getting it done.
