Very unprofessional. Took my suv for detailing. Was given a quote with an estimated time. Came back, the suv was not finished. Then we were charged 8x the original quote. Not only was the mistake never acknowledged, but he proceeded to yell and scream at my husband. Will never go back and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

had my truck 5 hrs on fri, picked it up and it was filthy. took it back wed. owner said he would make it right. dropped it off at 11 and at 4 showed up to get it and they were just starting on it, said he really didn't have time to get to it, WHAT! so we took truck and left, this morning I was getting ready to detail it myself and noticed something was sprayed on passenger back door and it blisterd the paint all the way down the door in 2 spots. this truck is pulling POW MIA trailer in perry parade and warner robins parade for Rolling Thunder, Not happy with lighting detail at all, will be going to small claims court for this, happy holidays sir

I dropped off my car the service person told me to do the entire full detailing in my car. He told me the the car would be hand waxed and shampoo interior. One, he told me he needed all day with my car. The car was washed on the outside, but by the time I came to pick it up for the first time it was filled with pollen on water spots. If it were hand waxed it would t have any water spots. The interior was filthy and I had to instruct him to clean the kicker area. Then the back portion was filthy after he said he had shampoo it. He also told me that he had issues with it and needed more time. It was after closing when he called me to pick the car and it was in the same condition as I dropped it off. He charged me over $150 for a quick hand wash. Definitely do not go here, they are scammers!! Pictures will follow this review.

This place is totally unprofessional! Do not use! I showed up at 9 in the morning. The guy there said it would be about an hour before they got to my vehicle. After waiting an hour, I decided to leave and come back. He said he was about to start on it and it would be done in 30 minutes (just a wash). I come back in an hour and my vehicle is not washed and he's not even there. He left the keys in the door where anyone could have stolen my vehicle.

I've been going here for a while to have my car hand washed and vacuumed out. They have always done a fantastic job and I will keep going back. And the owner is a very nice lady too.

These guys do a great job cleaning cars, but Bird does an amazing job tinting windows. You name the tint, he's got it and he doesn't overcharge like the competition up the road. He's been tinting windows for many, many years - you can trust your ride to him. Thanks for a great job on two of my cars, Bird! Keep up the great job!
