In the beginning the detailing of my vehicle was on point. Last couple times, my vehicle was not cleaned to my expectations. Halfed washed in terms of leaving tire rims with brake dust, bug spots. Left seats untouched, didn't vacuum under seat or between seats, and streak marks on windows. Stood there watching the detailer smoke with my doors opens. Other detailer was too busy talking on his phone or listening to some form of rap music because he sung along. Too slow. Unprofessional. MONEY WASTED. Never returning.

They did great job on the car exterior, but not thorough on the interior. There were areas of grime on interior I had to wipe down when I got home. I thought they might wipe the interior down when a product like Armor All to make the interior shine, but they didn't. Interior looked as dull after the clean as it did when I brought it in. They didn't vacuum the trunk. Just thought they might have a little more eye for detail.

This review is specific to the Uhaul side of the business. I went there to return a Uhaul truck. A guy washing cars told me I could give him the key and go. I had an email from Uhaul with online return instructions. As I was getting photos of the mileage and fuel gauge the man washing cars got angry and told me to take the key, he didn't want it. He earned a zero star rating. I completed the online check in and went into the front of the office. I was professionally greeted by a woman who was extremely helpful. She earned a 5 star rating in spite of the first guy that I met there.
