Raven charged me over 600 to do basic tax return, then when I went back to get my state tax amended she took 30 min, said everything was done, told me the amount I would get back an said it wont take long to recieve, After 3 weeks an still nothing I called an called also left messages No answers or call back I called centerville office an was told she never did it smh, Ive used liberty tax for years an have never been ripped off like this
