Awesome place with awesome people. Always give me great deals and have replaced faulty equipment even though it most likely wasn’t their doing. Will continue to come here for years to come.

I think Mr Jones (Mike) should clarify that the Warner Robins store has no service center just sales really didn’t like the reception I got from the Warner Robins staff all repairs need to be driven to Macon I’m told that is where service work is doneJust a wasted trip now I will be looking for a repair shop in Warner RobinsBy. The way I purchased my equipment from Ken’s

Last week, I scheduled an appointment for today, Feb 14th, at 9:30 AM to wire in a new wiring harness. That's it. No stereo install, no trim pieces to remove. I even pulled the stereo out and pulled the wiring out the bloody hole for easy removal/replacement. I would have unplugged the harnass, too, but I don't have the hand/finger syrength anymore. The stereo just needed to be plugged back in and slid into the open slot.I show up at 9:25 and hand over my key. 3 hours later, I still haven't been called so I walk in and ask how much longer. They had no idea my car was there, my key was just laying on the counter, and no wiring harnass can be found for my car. Now my money ($85) is floating in refund limbo. I needed it done today. I have now ordered a harnass ($12) and a similar bluetooth stereo ($17) to the one Ken's installed March of 2022 that cost me $150 and will just do it myself, somehow. I have neuropathy which is why I paid professionals to do it in the first place. The guy behind the counter called the Macon store just to try to save the day. Props to him. Wish I knew his name. Deserves a raise.

Ken's in WR installed my car stereo earlier this year. My vehicle sat in their parking lot all day and at the end of the day they needed to reschedule because they couldn't get to it. After installation, there was a gap at the bottom of the stereo where they didn't align it correctly. Recently, I had them install a sub and fix the gap. They installed the sub in the wrong place and marked up my dashboard. I had to reschedule for them to fix the installation. This will be the last time Ken's installs anything in my vehicle.

Took my new car there to have a new sound system installed and everything is perfect and sounds amazing! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, The manager Scott (i think was his name) came out and made sure everything was working properly and helped us get connected before leaving. Very pleased with the service so far!

I was super hesitant to write a review two years after the fact… but I felt my experience with Ken’s Audio needed to be brought to light.I came to Ken’s for a full sound system upgrade in my 2021 Ram 1500 with premium audio. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Install was scheduled with no issues. Install details were as follows:- Alpine Type-R 6.5 component speakers in the front doors- Alpine Type-R 6X9’s in the rear doors- 2 Alpine Type-R 10 subs under the rear seat- DD Audio D4 amp to power the interior speakers- Rockford Fosgate amp to power the subsThe install took 2.5 days (much longer than I expected. But if it’s done right, I don’t mind the wait). When I arrived to pick up my truck, they handed me my keys and said thanks. There was no explanation of what was done, or any walk-thru of the install. The next morning, when it was light out, I looked around my truck to see what had been done, and immediately noticed that there were:- Wire clippings everywhere- Cut zip ties in my floorboard- A screwdriver left in my console- Loose and hanging wires under the glove compartment- Amps mounted under the front seats when I specifically asked for them to be mounted on the wall behind the rear seats- Wires showing that had been run along the sides of the truckI took my truck back to Ken’s and they tucked some of the wires on the spot. Great. I decided to live with the other issues rather than take more time off work to get them fixed.Fast forward two years. I’ve retired from the Air Force and moved away from Warner Robins. My stereo is having issues (not Ken’s fault). I went to a shop in my new town for troubleshooting and in the process of doing that I asked if both amps could be moved to the rear wall. They said no problem. After speaking to the installer, after the amps were moved, he highlighted all of the corners that were cut by Ken’s. My Rockford Fosgate amp was mounted under the passenger seat using 2” drywall screws right through the floor. Cables were poorly routed, and overlapped. The grounds were put in using self tapping screws through the floor as well. Overall, It was a sloppy install.Being two years after the install, I’m not expecting anything from Ken’s. My intent is to bring attention to the fact that I brought my brand new (at the time) $75k truck to them with the expectation of PREMIUM work, and I paid them a premium price… And that was not delivered. Buyer beware. I’m happy to discuss specifics, as my new installer has done an excellent job of documenting the overhaul.

Gotta be the worst Audio video place in Warner Robins Georgia. Had to take my equinox in like 7 times and it still wasn’t right . Finally got everything working from the Audio place at smileys.

Went in to have a Carplay compatible radio put in my Nissan Versa before we moved out of town. We purchased the radio on April 6 and were told it was a quick and easy job, would take 2 hours max. After 2 months and six visits to the store, most of which we are driving 2 hours each way, and them having our car for 10 days straight, the job was still not done. They went from excessive communication (6-7 calls within a few hours the first time we dropped it off) to no communication (0 calls over the 10 day period). Every time they were missing a part of had parts for the wrong car (sentra rather than a versa) they blamed the website for sending them the wrong thing. I understand once, but 3 times? Between visits 4 and 5 we had no steering wheel controls or back up camera for over 4 weeks, though they told us on visit 4 that the part would arrive in 3 business days. They took no responsibility and showed no remorse for wasting our time. After back and forth on the final visit they agreed to a full refund but we are now driving around with no radio & dashboard, which is preferable to going back to Ken's. I had heard good things about this place but the manager (owner's son) was very condescending about how successful they are on our final visit.

I've never had a bad experience here at Kens!!! I've been here 3 times and each time I've received over the top service. Ken's installed my Tvs, and my led lights. My led remote stopped working...and I took my vehicle to get the lights fixed..and they went over and beyond!!! They were going to order me a new one which I would have to wait but instead they searched and found whT I needed that day!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! Your stuff isn't right unless they install it!!! Lol
