Awful deal on initial buy because of pandemic and no help now that I want to upgrade. After they sold me a car with and tires initially and failed to fix. AVOID!!Upside of this place is the great service department here.

I originally thought this was a trustworthy dealership, but only a couple of months after having my car, I found out they had wiped quite a few permanent codes from my vehicle in order to sell it. They are friendly & have great customer service, but don't be fooled. They sell lemons! Would not recommend.UPDATE!: Took my car to the dealership & they told me the engine is fried! Thank God it is covered under manufacturer's warranty. Clearly Hughes Honda service department and managers knew this before they wiped the permanent codes from my computer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

WITH HELD INFORMATION!!!If I were able to give a zero, I would!I called the dealership and spoke to a general manager. I was informed that car dealerships are not required by law to disclose any prior repairs to a NEW vehicle, unless it is more than 5% of the MSRP. The general manager that I spoke to regarding my situation was not understanding. I feel very misled that Hughes Honda did not tell me about the repairs done to my vehicle seven days prior to me buying it. This particular general manager told me that he had been in the Car Dealership business for over 40 years and that I was the FIRST customer that cared that their vehicle had been worked on prior to purchase. I disagree with him. I think that people do not know that their new vehicle was worked on before they bought it. The manager told me that it is standard operating procedure to not voluntarily disclose the information to the customer. I explained to him that I felt this was very misleading and not a good business practice. I believe that most people do not know to ask if their new vehicle has had repairs done.I want to get the word out so that more people will know and be able to ask the questions about their “brand, new car”. In the following you will read how I found out about my car’s repairs that were done seven days prior to my purchase.I bought what I was told was a BRAND NEW NEVER TOUCHED Honda Accord Touring. I purchased the 2021 vehicle on 7/26/2021. I just found out when my car broke that on 7/19/2021 (7 days before I purchased the vehicle) my BRAND NEW CAR HAD ACTUALLY BEEN REPAIRED BY HUGHES HONDA!!!! The VSA system was reset after an emissions issue was fixed. HUGHES HONDA NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME!!!!I would never have bought a car that was “brand new” knowing that it had been repaired seven days previously.I am extremely disappointed because I FEEL that the dealership misled me and lied to me by not telling me about this issue. I have reached out to the Honda corporation and have not received an answer regarding whether a locally owned dealership is required to disclose previous work on a NEW vehicle.NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT TRUST ANY CAR DEALER IN THE FUTURE. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE SEVEN DAYS BEFORE I PURCHASED IT AS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WAS ON RECORD WITH HONDA CORPORATE.I am very disappointed to know that this information was withheld from me. It absolutely would have changed my mind on purchasing the car.I have learned and want to share with others, ask all the questions even on a brand new car with 0 miles.

Great service. I made an appointment online. That was easy. Showed up and I did not know what was wrong with my truck. Chris checked me in. I told him what issues I was having and he said they would check it out. They have a shuttle that drove me to my house to wait for the diagnostic test. Chris called told me the issue and cost to fix it. I approved the work and within a couple of hours Chris called back and told me the truck was ready. Not only did they flush my transmission, because the fluid was bad and causing the problem they fixed 3 outstanding recalls. That was all done in about 4 hours. I definitely recommend this shop for Honda service. Thank you Chris for being so helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Dropped off the car for a diagnostics check and was pretty sure of the problem I thought the repair could take 2-3 days due to parts availability. I received a call later that day with the results of the diagnostics, once given the ok to perform the repair, it could take until the following day to complete the repair. That afternoon I received another call telling me the car was ready for pick up. I was unable to pick up the car immediately and I was told someone would be available to hand me the keys after the service department had closed. Great service!

They didn't even vacuum out the floor mats as in the past. Then today, less than 12 hours after getting the last of 4 new tires installed, the low air pressure light comes on. What is the current level of customer service??? I asked for pricing on a renewal of my contract for oil changes, and was told it was done by sales, but there was no follow through. Love my car, but not happy with service.

I bought my car from them a couple months ago and they were very kind and professional throughout the whole experience. Scott helped answer all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. I never once felt like I was being hassled or backed into a corner to make a purchase. They are down to earth people and genuinely want to make sure you have a great car-buying experience.

The staff was very professional and fast. I dropped my car off for recall, oil change, tire rotation. 1 1/2 hours they called saying it was ready. As always Kristopher at the service desk was professional and took time to explain everything.

My vehicle had 2 issues: a recall and scheduled maintenance. It couldn’t be easier to deal with both issues. The service department handles both things quickly. And it’s that way every time my our cars go in for service. Chris always treats us like family, and he works accurately and efficiently.

Best dealership experience I’ve ever had! From the first phone call to driving off the lot with my new car, Greg was top notch. Informative, patient, kind, and non-pressuring. Every person I came into contact with greeted me with a smile and genuine kindness. The car is exactly as described and our family loves it! Keep up the great work guys. No problems with Hughes Honda. I had an appointment to have my oil changed and rotate tire. I was checked in quickly and it did not take very long to finish up. The desk clerk was very helpful and knew what she was doing.

Great experience!! Everyone so friendly and helpful. Greg did an awesome job explaining the specs of the Honda Accord we were looking at. They really tried to meet me at my price limit. I'm sure I'll be dealing with them soon.

WONDERFUL! The best customer service I’ve had with a car dealership! Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. I have a new 2023 Accord purchased from Morrow South Honda, after 3 FAILED and canceled scheduled appointment by the dealership I called Hughes Honda, which gladly offered next day service., they have a comfortable waiting area! great choices of coffee/teas. Everyone was so friendly. Shelly Wright the service advisor is wonderful, informative. She apologized for having to charge me for the occurrence/cost made by Morrow Honda dealership, Hughes Honda met and exceded all my needs. My car actually drives better they replaced a Lug nut on my front wheel, no more safety concerns for me. Thank you everyone at Hughes Honda Dealership!

I made an appointment today to have my oil change today. I couldn't believe it when the Service Rep told me that I didn't old anything today. I was shocked ?. I repeatedly asked her was she sure. Was she joking. Her response was I gets a free oil change today and I have two more free ones to go. I ? this morning to God that I really didn't have the extra money for an oil change and my prayers were answered. God is good.

I worked with KD today. She was kind, courteous, and recommended (but didn't push) important services (since I bought the car after the previous owner missed incremental maintenance windows). The price for service wasn't extremely high, so I opted to go ahead with the maintenance recommended. I would be glad to come to Hughes Honda for any future service. Thanks, again!
