We have been very happy with Loraine at HomeFinder Realty. She will tell you what you need to do to make your property rentable or saleable. If you want someone to be straight with you, she is the one. Very helpful and nice.

We are on our third year having a tenant in our beloved home. We have had 2 renters so far and the 2nd tenant just renewed the lease. We are beyond impressed with Loraine as she is very professional and super enthusiastic! She makes sure that the tenants treat the house with respect and she fixes any issues that come up with ease. She truly takes care of us and rarely calls with any issue which means she takes care of it. I recommend Home Finder Realty to every person needing a property manager. She is fair and when the time comes we will use Loraine to sell our home! One more thing I have to mention, when people rent homes they need to understand that many of the homes are owned by other families, they aren't out there to make money by renting so their home is special and important to them. Us home owners don't want a tenant leaving nail pops and an untidy lawn. She makes sure that the renters treat the house with respect and I appreciate that very much! We live far away from Georgia and we feel 100% comfortable knowing Home Finder Reality is taking great care of our home.
