My mother in law had an appointment for her son today that was set up last year during his annual visit. When she came in, she was told that she did not have an appointment and that the doctor was on vacation. Then they mentioned that they tried to call her in June to reschedule. But she received multiple texts that were reminding her about the scheduled appointment, including a text on Sunday. This office is very unprofessional and we will never come back here and i will advise everyone i know not to come here. If you are reading this, save your time and money and find another eye doctor. Save yourself the trouble.

I received a text message that my eye wear were ready and I can come by anytime to pick them up. I cam into the office today and was greeted and signed in right away. I tried on my glasses and they were crooked. I immediately informed the staff and all three women acknowledged there was a problem. They tried to repair my glasses three times then said well it is only noticeable because you knew they were crooked but it "shouldn't" be noticeable to anyone else. My response was "ma'am, they are noticeable because they are not straight on my face. It is noticeable to me." There was not alternative and I left with crooked glasses. I gave Two stars because the receptionists desk were friendly and they tried to repair but even after acknowledging the frame was crooked wanted me to wear the glasses. Very disappointed.

When I arrived at my appointment, I was told they had changed my appointment to the next day. I asked why no one had told me my appointment had been changed, and the young lady behind the counter said that they had called, one time, six weeks earlier and I didn't answer. I checked and there was one missed call from six weeks earlier. That's it. One attempt to notify me that my appointment had been cancelled. They had my phone number, they could have sent a text. They had my email address, they could have sent an email. They had my mailing address and six weeks notice, they could have written me a letter. When I pointed this out to the young lady behind the counter, her response was "Well, I'm not the one who didn't call you." To date I have had no communication from either this Myeyedoctor location or from their corporate office, with whom I registered a complaint.

Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with service. Did a great job with my two young children during eye exams. Have been using this location for 5 years and have always been pleased. Highly recommend!

No concessions for somebody who has gotten dizzy and fallen from being forced to wear a mask. No matter personal distance, forced to wear mask the WHOLE time!! Hello, customers need to be able to breathe! My husband and I picked me out 2 pairs of frames (which was hard cause the selection was terrible).The tech expressed her displeasure with the frames we picked. Then she picked a huge square men's frame for me. She went on and on about how her pick looked better on me than ours. So 2 weeks later I get my giant heavy glasses that no matter the adjustment, they won't stay on my face. They were a plum color so I assumed they were womens. But she had to write down the name of them. Which later I saw with my jewelers loupe. They were called STEVE were men's frames!! The eye doc was great though)
