I recently purchased another Nissan. Thomas remains the best salesman ever. He is one of the main reasons I keep coming back! He goes above and beyond to get you what you want every single time. Mike, the GM and Melissa, the Finance Manager were totally awesome and knowledgeable. The lady behind the desk when you first come in made sure my husband and I had nice cool water. I regret not getting her name. Amanda, as always, makes sure everything is going good for you.

Arrived for my scheduled oil change and was greeted by friendly employees and a clean facility. The service was completed very quickly and without any issues. The service department stands behind their word. I would recommend.

Went in 23Aug24 for Recall replace of the Tie Rods on my 2021 Nissan Sentra. Was met by Porche and she is a great service advisor. She has always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with as are all their service advisors, just seems I always have her for mine when I arrive.
I was waiting for the work to be completed and decided to walk around the showroom to look at a few models they had on the floor and Thomas asked if I was looking for a new vehicle. I explained I was not and was just getting my car serviced. He asked and I told him what I had. He asked if I considered trading it in to which I told him no, I had just been contacted on Monday and asked if I was interested and I told the person no, not at this time.
He asked if I had seen the new 2024 Sentra's, the SR model and I said I had not. So we walked out and looked at them. Very nice vehicles as I love my Sentra. He asked if I would like to see what they could do with a trade in on mine.
I relented and said we could but would probably not get to a place I would be comfortable since I know my credit score was down a bit from when I purchased mine in 2021.
He said well let's see if we can come close. Long story short, to my surprise, Thomas was able to work with the sales manager and I got exactly what I wanted and at the price I wanted to stay within. I was surprised but Thomas was great and understood where I was at and what I needed to be at to make any kind of deal.
He got me the deal and I contacted my insurance to see the difference which was negligible so needless to say, my 2021 Sentra with less than 25K miles stayed with Nissan and I drove home a new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR model in the new Atlantic Grey color.
Love the car, has a few updated or upgraded feature my 2021 did not have but love it so far. The only feature I am not a fan of is the auto-off when you stop and the car shuts down and then turns back on. It would not be bad if you only had to disable it and it stayed that way until you re-enable but you have to do it every time you start the car as it defaults to enabled or on.
Thomas and the whole sales staff were great, the service people at Nissan are great and I have never had a bad experience with them.
I would definitely recommend 5-Star Nissan in Warner Robins if you are looking for a new vehicle, and if you already have a Nissan, I would have them service it as their service staff are great and get things done quickly to get you back on the road.

Went to Five Star Nissan to look at a used vehicle. The sales person was Tyler and he was great. He answered all the questions we had and was never pushy like some car sales people can be.
And yes we left with the vehicle . We have obly had it for a week, but so far I am very happy with it. If you ever are car shopping.. be sure to keep Tyler at Five Star Nissan in mind.. he won't disappoint!!
