I went in to purchase a truck but was eventually persuaded to lease instead (mistake on my part). While in the finance office, the finance person could not make the numbers on the contract match what was quoted to me. He was going to get with a manager and email me the documents to E sign. It has been 3 days and I still have not heard anything from the dealership although they have cashed my deposit check. I asked for a bed cover and had to continue to call and get a price for the bed cover. This is an item they make money on but I had to continue to follow up. I will call tomorrow to try and schedule the installation. The overall experience was terrible and I will not do business with five star nissan again.

I dropped of my car on Saturday for new tires, as I was waiting for my car to be serviced I got a text asking if I would be interested in having a quote of a trade in value on my car. I agreed to let them inspect my car. I was told to ask for Gregory Harrell (sales) when I picked my car up for the quote. Gregory gave me the price and told me that because I was in desperate need of an oil change the price was lowered. I was shocked and confused as to I had an oil change a month ago. He argued with me stating that my oil was on the verge of being "jellyfied"and my engine locking up. He popped my hood and tried to convince me that the service that I paid for was not done and that I needed to contact the other Nissan dealership immediately because they did not do as they were supposed to. I was afraid of my engine locking up as I had to drive 1.5 hours back to the dealership to have them inspect my car and pull video of the service being done. On my receipt from five star says services recommended but not preformed was a belt and transmission flush. NOTHING about my oil!! My oil was completely fine!!! He lied!!! Completely lied!!! Why would a sales person lie about the service department? Was it because he didn't want to give me the full value for the trade in so he could make more money?!?! Do NOT do business with Gregory Harrell at Five Star Nissan!!! He is a liar and a crook!!!!!

My experience with this dealership started out great! The salesman was nice, it was his first sale and he had help from another associate. I had one specific request and that was that I would be able to tow a small trailer. I was assured that I would be able to have a hitch receiver installed. I loved the car! A week later, I went through the dealership to order a hitch receiver. It arrived the next day but unfortunately, it did not fit. They reordered it and again it did not fit. They finally came to the conclusion that a hitch receiver had not been made for my 2023 Nissan Rogue. I was simply told, "I'm sorry ma'am". Then, part of the door trim came off when I shut the door. Two of the clips had broken so I removed the trim piece and took it to the dealership. I had had the car about a month. Again, I was told "I'm sorry ma'am" accompanied by, this isn't included in the warranty. They tried to tell me it was due to an accident however, there was no accident and there was no damage to the car or the trim. I feel like they promised me everything to get me to sign on the dotted line however, when it really came down to it the typical response was "I'm sorry ma'am". I will never purchase another car from this dealership!

Had to deal with a warranty recall issue on my 2014 Nissan Altima, on the distorted front lens head lights, spent time mailing out the Warranty card months ago , so I called this dealership , and the lady at the service desk , to make an appointment for an inspection , and in her an unfriendly voice said she looked up the Vin number and there was no recall on my vehicle , but before that I had gone to the service department and they told me after showing them my recall form that was sent to me that they would have to do an inspection on the headlights to determine if they needed, to be changed, then they would order the new headlights, I will never do business with this company ever again

Steve Rumph is a great guy ??. He assisted with the purchase of my new vehicle ? after an accident. I had a hectic schedule then after but, Steve Made It happened ? basically virtually. He provided me his cellphone if I had any further concerns after my purchase. It was a smooth process took about 2 day but it was only because of my schedule.The dealership was nice, clean and practiced social distancing. Whenever I needed help or assistance they active fast and effectively ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Bait and switch. Went in to buy the car and only to find out they charge me more for the sale of the car. OK, I'll take that loss. Finance manager was TERRIBLE!!!! Signed me up for all these warranty coverage, and I go back in there to have them removed. This busta lied right to my face. Said I couldn't delete them from my contract and the contract clearly states under Consumer Rights.....CANCEL ANYTIME. The other gentleman was very helpful and took everything off. Do not give these people any business. Con-men work here.
