Brian Amis was easy to deal with. Great guy and a great personality. I do not like to be pushed when buying something. Brian was there to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy. I went to several dealerships in this area and the Atlanta area and ultimately returned to buy from Five Star, because of Brian.

Before I got to the dealership I expressed my wishes they were aware what I asked for when clearly I didn’t won’t a 1,000.00 car payment especially for a car I didn’t even won’t mind you they never submitted anything to the banks it was like I spoke with 2 people at the dealership that pretty much continued to say the same things when I continued to state I wasn’t going to dig a hole I wouldn’t have room to breathe or dig myself out of I basically spent almost 3 hours of my time for nothing all of this could’ve been discussed over the phone which I requested to start the process they assured me I wouldn’t waste my time or gas but that was exactly what I did.

The salesperson was very nice and knew what she was selling had a pleasant attitude and was very helpful if she didn't know the answer she would go and find out what the answer was
