I just picked up my brother because he brings his 2015 Chevy Spark to get fixed.it had broke down. He just got it back yesterday it was down for 3 weeks.

My son very recently brought my car in for squeaks he was hearing in the breaks. It had rained for 2 days. Five Star looked over the brakes very well and could not find anything , nor hear anything.. It was determined that the brakes had gotten wet and were now dry. There has been no noises since. Thank you 5 Star Chev, Cad of Warner Robins, Ga.

Thank you Five Star for taking care of my vehicle. My engine service light was on, so as a customer, I was worried. My agent Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I love that you all offer the shuttle service so I don't have to miss work. Chris was able to find my warranty information and fix my coolant thermostat, at no charge to me. Thank you ?!

The entire process was a nightmare. First and foremost, it took forever for parts to come in almost 3 months to be exact. The day of pick up when I arrived every light possible including the engine light was on. How do you call and say my car is ready without inspecting the vehicle first? Least to say the car ended up being towed back to the shop the next day.

I had a starter motor replacement on my vehicle. Eric was my service advisor & he went above & beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced as needed! He kept me informed on every detail to include the multiple phone calls he made to the company providing my extended warranty coverage. I even got a complimentary car detail. Excellent Service!!!

Mrs. S. Johnson is awesome! She’s helpful to customers by reporting information that is needed in order to get the necessary help from the service department. She informed you periodically on your wait time getting your car serviced. Her explanation once the service is completed is understandable and she cares about the customers. In the waiting area there were other customers that shared how helpful she was today. I appreciate everything that was done today during the time I was there.
