VERY SHADY in dealing with African Americans. would not allow me to drive a Corvette for purchase and stated that I need to "qualify" before the purchase of the vehicle first. This meant that I had to complete financing BEFORE I could even drive the vehicle.This despite having my own financing. The Assistant Manager Kellie delayed and delayed and did not send required deposit forms in order to sell vehicle to someone else. The claim was that the link was sent twice. The prob was that she didn't even send to the correct number that she was given on a second follow up call which was close to the end of the business dayl. (Vehicle was not sold) The next day the vehicle is off the market ( deposit paid) hmmmm. General Manager Brad refused to communicate he was "in a meeting" for over 2 hours while we are at the bank drawing the check for the purchase. I was then referred to the very individual that was causing the problem remember her name Kellie. In speaking to Kellie I informed her that I was uncomfortable with the way things were going and she basically told me my feelings were not legit! On trying to get to the General Manager Brad to clarify, she stated that he was going to tell me the same thing she was saying. Never got a chance to speak to Brad. She began raising her voice when I continued to express my concerns (they say they record) There was simply no respect for me as a customer whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!! Shady! Shady!Shady!! Absolutely! If you are African American I am warning you beware.

I've shopped locally before, but I've found when I've shopped out of town I'm asked "What can I do to earn your business?" They went above and beyond to accommodate me since I was not in their city. Sam was amazing! Everyone else I spoke with were incredibly friendly. Five Star, you have earned my business!

My husband and I were in the market for two vehicles. I found the Cadillac XT5 that I wanted there. While looking at the vehicle we were approached by Sigumund Roseme, a salesman at this location. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get in 2 vehicles. My husband bought a new Chevrolet 1500 duramax High Country. We could not be more satisfied with our experience here. We also met one of the Managers, Kelly. She went above and beyond to get us rolling. If you need a car GO SEE Roseme at Five Star Chevrolet in Warner Robins! You will not be disappointed!!

Shawmon was my customer service representative today when I drove my Buick Enclave in for an oil change and tire rotation. As always, Shawmon was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and an all-around outstanding customer service representative. This is the reason I always try to make sure that Shawmon is the person who helps me whenever I visit Five Star Chevrolet Cadillac. The mechanics did a great job, and as usual, I left that establishment with my car running like a new vehicle.

I had an outstanding experience, I initially met with Brad Williams the new car manager and he introduced me to Amanda Cline a salesperson at 5 Star. The Service and follow up that I received from the two of them was done with genuine interest in achieving the absolute best results for me the customer.
I decided to order a new Cadillac Escalade and wanted to order as soon as the new year availability was released. Amanda called me right away, we met, she and I meticulously went through all of the many choices available to create a build sheet and place an order. Amanda was very helpful with suggestions and knowledge, she submitted the order and the it arrived exactly as ordered. Upon arrival she spent time explaining and showing me all of the many features and I drove away a happy man !
Again the entire experience was outstanding and I highly recommend the 5 Star dealership to all who may be considering purchasing a vehicle.

Was told by a friend not to go in there because they jack up the price if you bring your own financing .. Came in to order a truck and was treated very nicely by the new girl , once I was ready to order — they asked about how much was my house purchase and how much was my current car when I purchased it, also asked to pull my credit which is excellent and was told I would have to pay 1k to order and over 50k as a down payment .. asked about doing my own financing and the price went up 20k instantly .. went to Hutchinson Cadillac in Macon and truck was ordered the same day— no credit check , no down payment , did not ask me personal information.. take your business elsewhere .. five star will lose a lot of business from people that are not fooled by their games .. the ladies was nice the guy in the finance office shouldn’t have the power he has ..
