I always get great service here, I am there regularly because it’s my home package depot for my work and I am treated with respect and great service. The manager rocks.

Just needed to drop off a package and Kendall was top tier. He was very quick, helpful, and super positive. His customer service was through the roof and made something simple like dropping off a package genuinely enjoyable!

Came into the Walmart office on Watson and a lady named Ophelia was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I wanted to use the computer which I called ahead of time and when I got there I couldn’t figure out how to use the internet to print my documents. So I asked. How do I access the internet. She replied “Sweetie, the instructions are in front of your face, don’t you see them?” Well, if I saw them Ma’am I wouldn’t have asked. Second, I saw no clear instructions on showing me what to do. It was confusing to me. So after trying to figure it out I gave up and left my child to go to the library where the computers are pretty straight forward. She called me back before I got out the door saying “Excuse me young lady you left your keys.” First of all, I may look young but I’m actually a lot older than I look. Most people shave a good 15 years off my actual age. Second, it was clear she thought I was a child and chose to treat me and talk to me like one. I’m not your sweetie either. That language is not professional at work. As soon as I left she came out the store and starting conversating with another employee Loud as heck. That same energy could have been used to step from behind the counter and show me how to use the computer correctly so I could get my documents. But hey, I guess one lost customer and their business is no big deal.

Giving 1 star bc to give a review, otherwise it would be a negative star. Fedx in the Wal-Mart location is a GREAT idea. Who the company hires to represent the company seems to lack the awareness of customer service skills. A cashier/customer service rep. with braids in his hair, looked like candy canes in his hair but the colors were black and red instead of red and white. He never acknowledged me but to grab the package, talked to another woman in the storage room and converse with an another woman in Wal-Mart. At the end, he continued to not acknowledge me but to give the receipt as he kept conversing with the woman in Wal-Mart. Yes, I would say he did his job but a robot can do that too without human acknowledgement. It was the weirdest feeling leaving the store. Robots are just around the corner taking people's jobs. If you lack people skills and do not like to work with people then what is the purpose to do a customer service job? Let the robot do it or company should think about hiring someone that really likes to work with people (Solution).

My first time visiting this FedEx location in Walmart on Watson Blvd. I was greeted by the store manager. She was very professional, friendly and had a attitude that was infectious. I just moved from Atlanta to Warner Robins and had been going to another location. I will definitely be returning back. It's vital to any business of who deals with customers so FedEx you did well!! We need more of your store managers.

They're closed right in the middle of the day. I'm not the only person who was standing there waiting. Maybe they are understaffed?

Ms. Ophelia, Thank you for all your help today. You really went above and beyond helping me print, slip sleeves over my 3 shoe boxes (like putting on spanx). Fed Ex should show how grateful they are to have such a valuable in employee!
