Mike and the crew do really good work and provide great customer service. They were fair and honest about the repairs that I needed and went above and beyond to fix any issues that I had with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to others for car repairs. Thanks again for everything Mike

Jim and MIke and Harmony did a wonderful job of sourcing parts, putting them in, and getting my Mini Cooper on the road again. Until finding them, I had an ugly experience.... transmission trouble on the interstate, left the car in GA with an owie transmission, I rented a car to get back to Wisconsin and ultimately flew back to Atlanta a month or two later, bussed to Warner Robins and Jim picked me up in the car they'd fixed. Great people. Harmony especially has patience on the phone answering questions and trying to get things organized for me to fetch the car. Disappointed I didn't get to meet her in person.
Thanks. Miss Mini is having fun in the sun in Wisconsin this smmer. She appreciates the care you gave her.

Great group of folks that steered me in the best direction to repair my 2011 Audi A3. Came in with a clunk noise coming from the engine bay whenever I accelerated or slowed down. They determined it to be my front struts where I had originally thought it might be motor and transmission mounts... Hoping this solves it but wanted to share my excellent experience with Automotive Autowerke!

Paid for an ignition switch, they spent 2 days trying to fix. Radio, air bags, door locks don't work.
Time to take to VW Macon, to get it fixed correctly.
While there, 2 days apart, spoke with 2 other customers who needed corrective action to re-repair their cars.

I truly have had an amazing experience with Euromotive! They are very knowledgeable, and efficient! They are honest and when they say they will do something, they keep their word and provide exactly what they say. I brought my 2021 BMW 330i to them because the motor and transmission mounts went bad. I let them know what the issue was and how I knew what it was. They immediately had a mechanic out to verify. After verifying they wrote up everything and placed the order for my parts to be there by the time of my appointment for maintenance. The morning of my appointment, I dropped my vehicle off with a note with my name and number inside, locked the vehicle, and dropped the key in the mailslot on the door. They were finished with my vehicle by 3:00pm. They charged me exactly what they quoted me and fixed my vehicle better than when I purchased it. This was my 2nd time coming to them, to fix my BMWs. They are first choice for any major maintenance for my vehicles.

Michael and his crew did amazing work, I’m so glad I did the research and found them. Communication was second to none which included lots of texts with photos and movies plus he had me back on the road in short order considering the amount of work required which included water in the cylinders and crankcase, replacing the starter, new O2 sensor and new ignition coil/spark plugs.

Not exactly the best experience for me. In my opinion, if you are anything other than white this is not be the place for you. The receptionist immediately displayed an unwelcoming snotty, spiteful attitude, and seemed very bitter from the start. They will attempt to overcharge you for the wrong parts and labor so you will come back for the same issue, only to then offer the correct part and additional labor $$. Always make sure to get a second opinion from multiple shops and compare prices. However, they will accept your money. :)
