I am giving this repair shop a complete negative 10 review my vehicle was at their shop for 10 days to get work done on a 2007 BMW X3 I paid almost 1300.00 to get everything done I drove it approximately 30 miles and decided its a beautiful day outside to open my Moonroof.... my moonroof wasnt working it was clicking bad and slowly moving so i called and returned it the next day because my moonroof was working before i dropped it off so the mechanic tells me he is going to take full responsibility for the damage done so i had to bring it back up there the following day well i had to pay 155.00 for them to close it now they are saying the tracks is messed up on it but the tracks wasnt messed up when i brought it up there my moonroof was fully functioning perfect before i took it up there i have photos and everything and i am filing a complaint with the attorney general on this matter as well.... WORD OF ADVICE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO E3 AUTOMOTIVE TO GET FIXED YOU WILL LEAVE THERE WITH OTHER ISSUES WRONG WITH YOUR CAR... CONSUMERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

A year ago I was recommending this place to everyone possible…. This past month I have had horrible experiences. Both Tina and Alexis are very rude when answering the phone as if they are miserable doing there jobs, it doesn’t seem like a company interested in helping it seems like one digging for money. I got my battery replaced there two years ago, still under warranty, and am needing a new battery so I called up there to try to get my warranty information. This is when I find out I will have to leave my car for at least an hour for them to “ diagnose”, which means they are gonna do whatever they can to find something else wrong with my car to make up there money loss in the battery warranty, rather than using the information provided from my dealership after running test and providing printed feedback of my battery report where I should have had them replace it but I wanted to use my warranty! This is when I found out I had to leave my car rather than going to Oreilleys where the battery was purchased under my vehicle and information. And on top of that just for the warranty replacement…. $102. This is not buying a new battery, no work done to my car, JUST A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT! $102 is a joke, I got priced for a brand new battery at $150 at the same store they bought it from. Make sure you know your information because they’ll take advantage of you if you are.

Never again my warranty company referred me to this company , my car was having a engine problem. They told my warranty company it was just my tires & brake . Wow lol paid 144$ for an Diagnostic test which i heard was supposed to be FREE but never again cause Auto Zone Test told me the same thing it was my Knocking Sensor wiring

I already know they're going to deny everything I say but I'll tell y'all anyways. I was referred by my warranty company through CarMax because my transmission went out. I will not lie they did great work on the transmission that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. But when I got the vehicle back they had taken the paper towels out of my glove box and used them to cleans their hands and left it all wadded up on my passenger seat. Not to mention when I turned my radio on my speakers almost blew out because they had the radio all the way up with very loud rap music playing. But I kind of just shrugged that off but my car was making a scaping noise and the AC didn't work anymore after I brought it in so I called them up and they fixed it turns out they didn't tighten a clamp all they way and they had to fill some coolant for the AC. (They did this second half free of charge) but when I got the vehicle back it smelled like someone smoked in my vehicle. And I don't smoke. A week later and my vehicle still has a smoke smell in it. Work wise I would say they do a great job but when it comes to respecting their customers personal property it seems like they're lacking. I already called them up and told them about all of these issues and they didn't even say they would ask about it or try to find out what happened. All they did was put Tina on the phone and she just denied everything and basically said that's against their policies so it couldn't have happened. Well it wasn't like that when I brought it to them so I can only imagine it would be the person I left with the keys to my car. Tina did offer for me to bring it back in to be cleaned however I declined because I didn't want a new problem to come up while that one got fixed. Would not recommend.

My experience with the owner of E3 was terrible. Oscar had my car over 2 months and didn't fix the original problem I was having which was a ticking noise. I ended up paying for him to put new parts in my engine but in the end he decides to say I need a new engine, after he has already tampered with it. I spoke with Ms. Tina, who is amazing, and had her put in my file I no longer wanted Oscar to touch my car. I only wanted his other workers who specialize in old school vehicles. Oscar decided to do the work himself anyway. Tina ended up discounting the bill because Oscar wanted $2500 but I still had the same problem even worse. Now my car is smoking and barely starts up. Oscar was very unprofessional and rude when we spoke on the phone. He basically said \

Cannot say enough good things about Oscar and his crew. They really went above and beyond to get my car working again right before a holiday break - after another company installed a faulty part. It is so hard to find people that actually care about others, don’t take advantage of someone’s hardships, and do things right. They even stayed after hours and cleaned off the oil that had spewed everywhere (why it was there in the first place lol) to make sure my van was back in perfect condition! This will be our go-to for every vehicle from now on. Oscar and his team really saved the day.

Hands Down I was Refered to this shop, of course you have to earn my trust and they did just that…everyone in the front office was awesome and that’s a understatement…I was so depressed about my car and Billy and Ivan busted their you now what to get it right on a professional level and they did just that…I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had and even more pleased with the performance of my vehicle. They are scammers. Tried to charge my niece almost 700 dollars to change a battery. Will never let anyone get taken advantage of like that. Avoid them. I saw the paperwork. I know what you were charging. The battery alone on the paperwork you were 325 for. Bought battery for 100 dollars cheaper. I also have a code reader. Nope it's not 1970 anymore otherwise this wouldn't have happened.
