I will no longer be using this pharmacy due customer service being an unknown concept to Justin, pharmacy tech. When speaking to Gil, pharmacy manager, regarding the lack of respect received, Gil stated he could, “see both sides.” Therefore, I have transferred all prescriptions for my entire family to Publix where customer service is a priority.

I have always been greeted with kindness and prescriptions filled on time. HOWEVER, over the past couple months the pharmacy will not answer the phone. I have had a prescription over do for refill for 1 1/2month. They say out-of-stock. I have had this prescription refilled at this pharmacy for 7 years you think they would carry even an Itty bitty inventory. Geez

I enjoy shopping at this location and have always been treated with respect and friendly service - from the pharmacy to the main store. No complaints, happy customer! ?

The pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2:00PM for lunch? The only reason I come here is for the pharmacy... its very invonvenient

Like the others here, I had the same humiliating experience. NOT EVERYONE ABUSES RX MEDS and the little Asian lady behind the counter needs to learn that she just needs to do her job... people who want pills are going to get them!! My story: CVS says it'll be ready this day at this time...went that day at that time and was told "oh we have to call your doctor because he wrote it wrong" (LIE LIE LIE! The doc called the med in!).... Then they just brushed it away like it didn't matter that I could go through seizures or withdrawal without my anxiety med...so luckily my doc was available and told them to fill the Rx, but if it were up to the pharmacy, I'd still be waiting. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER FILL HERE OR SHOP HERE AGAIN (and I'm loyal to most CVSs)

Unbelievable lack of customer service,for the pharmacy,on hold for an hour,called back another 30 minutes wait,I had enough and called the store manager and talked to Doug,and he handled business ,the pharmacy answered immediately but was very rude,2 days in a row this happened trying to get through to the pharmacy,I don’t like to complain but this left me with no choice!

This cvs told me to come tomorrow for my prescription and also told me not to come early bc it was aggravating to them then went I came back to the store the next day they didn't have my meds I have always had a problem with cvs stores they need better service employees and better with the company completely

Gets 1 because I can't write a no star. People are rude and staff and pharmacy judges you. Little short female Asian pharmacist is a wanna be Dr who flexes her little bit of power on people just trying to get there medicine. Probably the type of Pharm D that thinks she is on the same level with actual medical MD's. Na. You count pills. I am a long time CVS customer and always have been treated with respect. I had to use this CVS due to backorder in the supply chain. They are definitely ver quick to judge people that just need them to do their job and dispense the medicine that an actual MD has prescribed. Stop trying to make decisions that affect peoples lives. Just shut up and count the pills. Smile and move on.

Changed phones and had to Google for CVS number. Was surprised to see all the poor reviews. I have been getting entire family's prescriptions filled here for several years now. Can only remember 2 times prescription wasn't ready when I got there and one of those was because the doctor office hadn't called it in yet. Didn't have insurance for a short time and they they found discounts for me every time. Another CVS has been opened that is closer recently but I will drive the little extra to keep going here.

First pharmacy staffer we talked to was helpful enough and was able to process everything on the system. The second staff member was deliberately unhelpful, refused us service that even she had initially said she would be able to provide and seemed to be making up excuses in order to deny us vaccine access. If you've got an anti-science agenda, don't bring it to work, and don't work in a pharmacy for goodness sake.

Only had one bad experience since I’ve been going to this CVS. It was with a pharmacy tech but she is gone. Great pharmacy customer service.
