CVS has been my pick for a while used a different one till I moved, this one is the closest one. Sadly they have messed up 3 times on my stuff so I will be transferring stuff to a different pharmacy especially after this last time. They were extremely rude on the phone and just dont seem to understand how stuff actually works.

I went to pick up my prescription this month like I have always been doing for more years than I can recall. I take a rather high dose of Hydrocodone due to bad knees (50mg / day) but now that I am on Medicare, I'm ready to get surgery and get off the pain meds. The issue is how my insurance pays for this. Blue Cross will only pay for so many pills per 60 days so I've had them charge the scrip on a discount card every other month! No problems on my end but the CVS staff never seems to remember this process so we have to keep reminding them. Now, I'm on my own this time and the Pharmacist decides to play hardball and acts like she has no clue what I'm talking about and charges me the whole amount for the prescription! I try to explain my side of it but she's not interested in what I have to say regardless of how long I've been getting this filled there!! Yeah, I'm pissed off and ready to leave for "greener" pastures! Walgreens here I come!!

Quit possibly the most incompetent pharmacy in the state. If you have the option to fill your prescription at any other pharmacy do yourself a favor and fill it there.

Their automated system will tell you yoir medications will be filled by a certain time, but when you go to get them, they won't be filled. At which point you'll be told that they don't have your medications in stock, but another location does, and that they can transfer your prescription. The only problem with that being that the otheror location also won't have your medications in stock. Then when you call customer complaint/support, they'll tell you the original store you started at has some in stocks, transfer your prescription back, only for you to be told there's none in stock when you call to confirm, but that they can check to see if another location has any and can transfer your prescription...I've been trying to refill my medication for a week now, and no one can even tell me when it will be available. This is beyond frustrating.

My doctor's office sent my prescription here accidentally (rather than to my normal pharmacy). This location has a history of extremely long wait times in the past so I have had my prescriptions transferred. I figured I'd suck it up and go pick up my prescription. After waiting in the car in line with 2 cars ahead of me (about 20 minutes) I got to the window. Several different pharmacy techs walked by the window without acknowledging me while I sat there for 15 minutes! Not one even said, "we'll be with you when we can!" Finally someone came and waited on me. All in all, it took about 40 minutes to pick up a prescription that was ready! This is not an anomaly...it is like this every single time I've been in. I understand being busy, but with at least 3 techs in there and a pharmacist, I would hope service would be a bit quicker. If they were apologetic or even acknowledged the slow service, it wouldn't be as frustrating, but it's obvious that they don't care or see an issue with it.

Update! The pharmacist hadn't even made the call to Walgreens by 2pm. They hadn't even begun the transfer process yet. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.Told me the prescription would take a couple hours to fill. When I came back they closed for lunch for 30 minutes. Wish I was warned that they closed from 130-2pm.Transfer your prescription elsewhere.

I was in there yesterday. It took me 20 min to be waited on to pick up meds. That's three strikes. I have canceled my care pass and have transferred all of my family's prescriptions to a local pharmacy. Won't be coming back. I would also like to add that your prices are higher and if you choose to use your care pass rewards still comes out to the same as going to Walmart to buy vitamins and what not. Also always out of stock or charge to much for the same prescription I can get somewhere else cheaper or no money at all. Shopper beware.

I’m seriously thinking about finding a new pharmacy. I was here earlier today and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. Nobody in front of me or behind me! I was wondering if maybe, somebody went to lunch early. I was told to come back, after lunch, 1 of my Rx’s was still not ready. I came back after 3:30, and still no prescription. I’m still waiting now! Ridiculous!!!

Teneshia is great. I had a problem with a prescription and insurance claim. She went above and beyond to help. It is wonderful to have someone that cares.

This is LITERALLY THE WORST PHARMACY I have ever dealt with. They’ve just failed to fill a Rx and said they didn’t receive, when in fact my Dr. Sent both Rx’s at the same time and CVS only filled one of them. They never answer the phone and will pick up for a second and then put you back on hold, they randomly are closed for no reason, and their customer service is the absolute worst. I have never sat in the drive through line for shorter than 25+ minutes. I don’t have ONE good thing to say about this establishment.
