I went to pick up my prescription this month like I have always been doing for more years than I can recall. I take a rather high dose of Hydrocodone due to bad knees (50mg / day) but now that I am on Medicare, I'm ready to get surgery and get off the pain meds. The issue is how my insurance pays for this. Blue Cross will only pay for so many pills per 60 days so I've had them charge the scrip on a discount card every other month! No problems on my end but the CVS staff never seems to remember this process so we have to keep reminding them. Now, I'm on my own this time and the Pharmacist decides to play hardball and acts like she has no clue what I'm talking about and charges me the whole amount for the prescription! I try to explain my side of it but she's not interested in what I have to say regardless of how long I've been getting this filled there!! Yeah, I'm pissed off and ready to leave for "greener" pastures! Walgreens here I come!!

My doctor's office sent my prescription here accidentally (rather than to my normal pharmacy). This location has a history of extremely long wait times in the past so I have had my prescriptions transferred. I figured I'd suck it up and go pick up my prescription. After waiting in the car in line with 2 cars ahead of me (about 20 minutes) I got to the window. Several different pharmacy techs walked by the window without acknowledging me while I sat there for 15 minutes! Not one even said, "we'll be with you when we can!" Finally someone came and waited on me. All in all, it took about 40 minutes to pick up a prescription that was ready! This is not an anomaly...it is like this every single time I've been in. I understand being busy, but with at least 3 techs in there and a pharmacist, I would hope service would be a bit quicker. If they were apologetic or even acknowledged the slow service, it wouldn't be as frustrating, but it's obvious that they don't care or see an issue with it.

I was in there yesterday. It took me 20 min to be waited on to pick up meds. That's three strikes. I have canceled my care pass and have transferred all of my family's prescriptions to a local pharmacy. Won't be coming back. I would also like to add that your prices are higher and if you choose to use your care pass rewards still comes out to the same as going to Walmart to buy vitamins and what not. Also always out of stock or charge to much for the same prescription I can get somewhere else cheaper or no money at all. Shopper beware.

We usually get greeted when we go to CVS at 805 Russell Parkway, but not tonight! The cashier looked up from her crouching position behind the main counter and then hurriedly returned to whatever inanimate object(s) behind the counter had her too busy to say hello. Being a cashier would be such a great job if you didn't have to deal with customers! We couldn't find what we were looking for, so my husband suggested that I ask someone who worked there. I told him I would do that--if anyone there was actually working! Both regular cash registers had signs that said "next register," which left only the self checkouts open. The gentleman ahead of us tried both of the self checkouts and was having difficulty. Cassidy finally came out from her hiding place and grudgingly assisted him. There we were waiting for her to help us at the regular register. Surprise! She did manage to insincerely tell us to have a good night after smashing our doughnuts and haphazardly stuffing our other merchandise in a bag. At least she didn't try to put the six pack of water on top of our other things! Upon reflection of our experience tonight, we should have gone to the self checkout. At least it greets you in a pleasant voice, and the machine probably has more personality than the "live" cashier. I'm not sure what rock they found her crouching under, but they should return her to her natural habitat.

This store has the worse cashiers of all the CVSs. I'm a regular customer of CVS and I get my prescriptions filled there often, but the cashiers (2 of them in particular) at this store always give me a hard time and cold shoulder. I always feel like they don't want me to be there. The cashiers would normally say Hi to the customers when walking in but they never say Hi to me. After I walk in, I notice they would say Hi to customers that come in after me. I would go to other CVS stores and I am always greeted with a Hi. Great way to treat your regular customer! One of the cashiers must have never used credit cards before. I always use credit cards for everything I purchase no matter how small the amount. When I use my credit card, she would always say "You gonna charge that?" in a condescending tone. Yeah, you got a problem... She even threaten me by saying that CVS will start charging a fee for any credit card purchases of less than $5.00! WTF?!?!? We can now use cell phones to make purchases and she's telling me this BULLSH*T!!! She told me this several years ago and CVS has never implemented this fee. I've gotten to the point that I only go to other CVSs around the Warner Robins area and stay far away from this one. The cashiers here think that they are better than everyone else and that they can bully their own customers. YOU'RE A CASHIER AT CVS!!!! YOU AIN'T SPECIAL!!!!

Sent there by urgent care down the street to get a Rx. Went straight there. Pulled into drive thru behind another car at 7:59 pm. Apparently they close at 8. They rolled down the security door while we were in line. Went inside and although the people in the pharmacy admitted they saw us, since we didn't reach the window before 8 they wouldn't fill my Rx. A blonde women behind the security door (they refused to talk to me face to face) was shockingly rude: she argued with me about what minute we arrived and snapped, "we work 12 hours and want to get home to our families." She was dismissive and uncaring. If I came from urgent care that should've told her it was important. Filling the Rx would've taken maybe 5 minutes. What business slams the door in a persons face as they're standing there? I'm appalled, but as other reviewers stated, they are pretty rude.
