Sunday we noticed our hitch had broke just as we were hooking our camper to come home from FDR campground in Pine Mountain. We had to leave our camper at the campsite, come home 2hrs away, and get our hitch replaced. I called Knollwood and spoke to Brandon and Noah. They were so extremely helpful. They ordered the part and replaced it today (Tuesday). Our camper has to be out of the campsite by Thursday. Because of Brandon and Noah’s great assistance we can now get our camper back home. We really appreciate both of them so much!

****GREAT SERVICE*****Inquired about some tires and rims they had listed on FB marketplace and after noticing that they wouldn’t fit due to my truck being lifted they were still able to sell me a set of Kenda Klevers AT’s. Very happy with the upgrades to my truck. Had a folding cover and rhino liner installed on Monday, then on Friday, 4" Rough country lift kit installed along with 35x12.50 20s my ride is right now.

This is the worst tint job I’ve ever received, I went back a total of 3 times for them to make it right and on the 4th I just asked for a refund. The first time there were bubbles, hair, and dirt all in the tiny, as if they didn’t clean my windows before. The second time they tinted some of my windows 32% and left some at the 20%(which I paid for originally). The third time, there were still bubbles and dirt, and the tint had been cut incorrectly and not fitted to my window. Also my seats are cloth, and they didn’t lay anything over them when tinting the windows and now they’re stained. I’m thankful they offered me a refund, the guy up front was so nice, but I won’t be going back especially for tint.
