Packers did not pack any of my belongings properly. Had to send a second team out to re-do the work of the first team. Wrote on our goods in permanent marker, team members openly complaining about redoing work, member taking the inventory was overly rude about having to be specific when it came to writing descriptions on his inventory.

Samantha was pleasant to deal and interact with. If a VM had to be left, she promptly returned calls and always provided timely responses to our inquiries and the information which we needed. When choosing a company for my cross country move I felt overwhelmed. I spoke with countless companies and brokers only to feel more confused and shocked by the price of the quotes. After speaking with Kimberly I immediately felt at ease. Not only did she come out to do an in-person quote, she was kind and empathetic. She listened to me, heard what I needed, understood my anxiety and was able to take inventory and provide a quote very quickly. The quote came back $10k less than a competitor and I was able to get the move date I wanted. I’d highly recommend Coleman Allied!

The move was completely disorganized and unprofessional. No communication, late arrival, late delivery. Poorly loaded and lots of damage. Coleman does not care about the customer and is unapologetic and non responsive regarding any issue. Do not use this firm. Rate 0 out of 5

Prior to my scheduled move, the moving coordinator quoted me $100/hr with a 2 hour minimum. The week of my scheduled move, no one from the local office reached out to coordinate the pick up time and location for the move. I had to call the office myself. On the day of my scheduled move, the movers were 3 hours late arriving to the pick up location. I had to call the office again to see what was going on. My move took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. There was no type of discount offered for the inconvenience of the movers being 3 hours late. When my payment was processed, I was charged for 4 hours, not 2. After trying to reach out to both the local and national office, I wasn’t able to reach anyone who could even attempt to help with the billing issue. I tried sending a detailed email to the moving coordinator, who was unable to help either. She forwarded the email to the general manager for the local office, who never responded. Horrible experience. I will never use another moving company again.

Complete mess of a moving company. Showed up six hours late. Super tired crew. Did over $15,000 of damage to our items because of negligence and carelessness in wrapping furniture corrrectly. Run far from Coleman. Only good news is company who unloaded in the state we moved to was great. They took great pictures of all the stuff Coleman loaded and how horribly they loaded the semi truck. Would give Coleman zero stars if it was a choice.Service: Interstate moving

Was not told that my furniture would be delivered by a contract hauler. Numerous items missing from the shipment ( how do you not see a 24 ft extension ladder?). Too much damage. Some fragile items not packed properly. Packers at Macon home not experienced and poorly supervised (team leader had to leave house both days).

The MOVE has not yet taken place; however, the Pre-move process has been very professional and thorough and our consultant has been extremely responsive to all questions. I am sure we will have a great move because I believe we will be well prepared.

In the midst of the chaos of moving, Coleman Allied went to great length to beat my other full service mover quote- by more than 50%! We ended up going with a self- moving company, once our housing costs escalated. However, Coleman Allied provided me with excellent customer service, timely and extremely competitive pricing, as well as the peace of mind knowing that my items would’ve been insured and handled properly. I would recommend considering them for your next full service move! Thanks Kimberly, in Warner Robins, for all of your help!!!

I reached out to them for a quote via their website and called the phone number, which connected me to Allied. Allied scheduled an appt for someone to come by and give us a quote, no show. Also, no call. Not a good first impression.
