Samantha was pleasant to deal and interact with. If a VM had to be left, she promptly returned calls and always provided timely responses to our inquiries and the information which we needed. The move was completely disorganized and unprofessional. No communication, late arrival, late delivery. Poorly loaded and lots of damage. Coleman does not care about the customer and is unapologetic and non responsive regarding any issue. Do not use this firm. Rate 0 out of 5
