Less than 24 hrs took my $60 cash only application fee for one person and denied me for no reason and have proof. If you are trying to rent from them don't run. They want the deposit cash only say the company only takes that this way for tax purposes only. Doesn't go with renters rent separately account but rent can be paid money order and card.

Greetings. This is Pamela Youmous and I need to talk to one of the Corporate Members regarding a Coldwell Banker realtors here in Warner Robins GA. Realtor Melony Davis one of your employees, who is selling a house owned by my neighbor who has passed away. I went over to the house and the realtor who is conducting an estate sale for the deceased owner, said. "If you are not purchasing anything you need to leave"!!! I was totally shocked at the unprofessionalism of the realtor who works for one of the Best Reality Companys in America. This behavior is not acceptable, and is in no way a representation, or a reflection of the Coldwell Banker Name!! I feel that it is my responsibility to inform the Corporate Office of the image and unprofessionalism of your realtor. I know that I am only one person in the world of many. But I personally believe that I too should be respected and valued as everyone. I did contact the owner's sister, and I will be adding a negative review about Ms. Davis. If you are in the market for a home? Do not allow this realtor to handle your property. Be it purchasing or selling. I have contacted Coldwell Banker Corporate Office in Madison NJ, to inform them of the behavior of this particular agent. It is people like this who makes the world a terrible place to live. Personally, I can't believe that Coldwell Banker would employ individuals with poor communication, and social skills as this agent. If you should happen to come across this realtor? RUN!!!LikeShare

BEWARE!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! If I could give her a minus 10 I would. Leah introduced us to a builder who did substandard work. She knew the builder had multiple DUIs and addiction issues. She failed to disclose the builder was an addict and did not pay the subcontractors. As a result, most of the subcontractors did shoddy work and some refused to work with the builder at all. Leah is out for herself, not you. She does not CARE about her clients. SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. We begged her and her supervisor to help us with the multitude of issues--- to no avail. We are continuously fixing and correcting the shoddy work from the builder, at our own expense, two years after we moved into our "dream" home. She has no integrity or ethics! Please do not waste your time and money on her. I regret ever meeting her.

Poor service, unfair application process, they stated its first come first serve for applications on a home, they did not send me an application for over 3 days and after getting it filled out they still haven't processed it over a week and they said we aren't getting the house because others came in before me and got the application done even though we asked for over 3 days to get one and get it filled out.

Broker Carl C, and his team are UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKS INTERGITY, DISHONEST, ENGAGE IN UNFAIR BUSINESS DEALS, DISCRIMINATION AND EXTREMELY LAZY. I called a listing agent for a home in Macon Ga. The listing agent was not a Coldwell Banker agent somehow, the call was routed to this Coldwell Banker location. Go figure. Anyway, Varrick Horton answered my call. I told him I was interested in the house and wanted to view it. After viewing the house Varrick stated it was not a good choice for me because it had structure damage and that he would send me some potential properties. That was false, I waited days for the properties. I reached out to Varrick, and he had an excuse for not following up. I explained that I was looking to move within 40 days and a cash buyer. Varrick was not motivated for any real estate business, he failed to follow up in a timely manner, he is lazy and full of excuses, it takes him 3minutes or more to respond to a question while conversing, it was strange and questionable, his behavior. I found another house and asked him for additional information he failed to respond in a timely manner, when he did it was too late. I was doing all the work of a real estate agent, I found another property, asked Varrick to put in my offer, he eventually did after multiple requests. I offered listing price that was already above the market rate. Varrick wanted me to increase my cash offer without any proof supporting the increase. Other agents even ignored Varrick calls and text; he is useless when it comes down to a real estate agent. I called Coldwell to report Varrick, I was harassed and intentionally placed on hold or sent to an imaginary voicemail that would allow you to leave a voice message by Keisha for punishment. I called 18 times trying to get through to Carl C, the broker. Keisha was adamant in preventing me from speaking with Carl C., Keisha even lied and said let me transfer you to Carl direct line, then placed me on hold for more than 4 minutes with music playing, no Carl, no voice message no nothing just lied. When I called back, Keisha ignored my calls. I waited 10 minutes and called back, Keisha answered the phone again, I asked her for Carl's direct business contact number and was told by Kesiha she was not allowed to give out Carl's business phone number? What? this is a public business. Why would Carl C, need his phone calls screened before providing his business contact number? No competent business would engage in such unethical behavior. This business is sketchy, all the agents are sketchy, the broker is sketchy, read the reviews before dealing with this office. I do not recommend this business for any real-estate needs. I especially do not recommend Varick Horton, if you are a female be very careful around him. Stay alert and keep your cell phone handy. If you had a bad or unprofessional encounter with Coldwell Banker SSK located at 470 S Houston Lake Rd Warner Robins Ga 31088, please file a complaint with the Georgia Realtor Commission and BBB. That will help other consumers make a better choice in selecting a real estate agent for their home shopping needs. CONSUMERS BEWARE OF THIS SKECTHY REAL ESTATE COMPANY!

Teresa Attaway was our realtor in the purchase of our home. She was simply amazing! She was always available when needed, she kept in contact when changes came up, and she helped with the annoying way our lender procrastinated throughout the process.
