Went in the other day to get some ideas for a graduation present. Multiple employees asked if I needed help finding anything and also told me that if I needed help with anything to just ask them. After browsing the guns they have out on the floor, I wanted to view the ones behind the counter. After looking I found a gun that caught my eye. I asked for assistance and a gun salesman asked what I needed. I asked him if I could hold and look at the particular gun that caught my interest. I asked a few questions about it and the salesman was very informative and knew what he was talking about. He also gave me information about others guns I wanted to look at and shared a story of a customer he had a few weeks ago and had good reviews about one of the guns I was looking at. I didn’t catch his name but if you are new into gun collecting or shooting and looking for a place to get new gear, I highly recommend chucks. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Awesome service. I called when they were about to close and asked if they could put me some crickets in a cricket container and I wanted some nightcrawlers. I gave him my cc# and he told me where he would put them outside. When I got there there was a note stating they were out of night crawlers but he put some big reds out there, no charge. That was a cool thing to do.

I came in looking to possibly buy some Swarovski optics. After waiting ten minutes before receiving any assistance, the salesperson opened the case and let me see them. I asked one question which he could not answer. After I asked, he took them back and locked them in the case, effectively ending the conversation. I left and purchased them online. I did not receive the good customer service others have talked about from this store.

I have great memories from this store. My best friend and I use to come here to buy matching guns and they always had what we wanted.. often with serial numbers in sequence.

First time customer bought me a new Ruger lcp 380 auto love the gun it's the two tone version I've already put 150 rounds through it no problem will do more business for shore very nice people as well and they have ammo you can't find at other stores or shops as well like 10mm 25 auto 32 ammo and Alot of other hard ammo to get
