“I needed a rental last minute and they were open on Saturday after 12pm. Even though i wanted a car they didn’t have one available, but the 2021 suburban black on black that they had available!!! OMG!!! Beautiful, ride smoothly, and the rental process was easy!!!”
“Great experience! The service was quick and professional, the price was very reasonable, and the car was in excellent condition. A smooth and hassle-free rental — I’ll definitely use Avis again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Five stars because the two managers which I interacted with were always some of the most kind and helpful people and they deserve to know it, and probably a pay raise too... but because of the below, I think I feel pretty certain in saying that will likely not happen. This review serves two purposes. The other purpose is to inform the reader that unfortunately AVIS/Budget is still your traditional avaricious American corporation. If you have a car for 30 days+ just keep the vehicle until it's time to return it, you'll save hundreds of dollars. The day rate on a vehicle is something like $25-35 a day, but the weekly rate is like $450 a week. When they prorate you for turning in early, you go from paying like $200-300 a week to paying possibly twice that.So if you have a car for 30 days and the total for it is like $900-1000 - unless you're turning it in mid first week - just keep it.Turn it in week two and you save almost no money, turn it in week three and you somehow lose like $300-400 more than just letting it sit in the elements outside your house.Great option for long term rentals and truly lovely staff (bless you guys if you see this, those 5 stars are all yours) - for short term rentals, just borrow your brother's truck, your wallet will thank me lol.”
“My experience purchasing my car was a wonderful peaceful experience, The salesperson that worked with me was absolutely amazing and had me feeling like he was an old friend within minutes . Hands down he’s the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with , the only thing that bothered me was the car I purchased said it had an oil life of 33% and the salesman said it would absolutely get an oil change free of charge and set me up for 8 am the folly Monday to which I was on time and the car was immediately taken back for service and 10 min later my car was back and a gentleman gave me my key and said I just had to reset the oil life it looked clean the other dealership must have changed the oil already and chuckled and said they saved you the cost of an oil change so I was upset with that experience I felt like I was just being pushed out the door and like I was being talked to like I was an idiot that could just be talked out of an oil change so I just left , I did pay a place $70 to change my oil ….. that was the only downside to the experience”
“The Rigby Drive location is always understaffed. They are friendly and help as quickly as they can, but it's pointless to have pickup reservation times, when they are running so far behind. That's not the workers fault. They are great. They just need more help.
Don't bother upgrading to the Audi A3. It's a terrible car for long drives. Road noise is high. The one I rented vibrated at highway speeds. There were 4 of us and the backseat has very little leg room. You're better off getting the Toyota.
This location is always clean, the workers just need more help.”
“UPDATE: The assistant manager emailed me after I emailed the email in the response to my review. I explained the situation and he said they would make it right when we returned the vehicle. Returned it today and spoke to Larry the manager. He did make it right and was very professional which we appreciated. It’s very difficult these days to find anywhere that has good customer service.
Just picked up our rental car today. Car came up as needing an oil change so we had to wait to have that done (only 10 minutes) so not a big deal, but should already have been done. The car was dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned after the last several rentals. Get home and start packing up for our trip. The car is leaking oil everywhere. Unpack the car and drive it back. Check engine light came on. They exchanged it for a different car (same model). No apology, no offer for a discount for our hassle, nothing. The tank of the first car was 3/4 full so we filled it on the way home. Then the women couldn’t understand why we wanted a $25 credit off the price as we put gas in the first vehicle and barely drove it before having to bring it back due to oil leaking. There is also zero windshield washer fluid in the second vehicle. We filled it and come to find out the hoses don’t seem to be connected to the sprayers as the windshield washer fluid is just spraying into the engine bay. And if you email the address in the “owners” response to your review no one gets back to you. This is just unacceptable to spend almost $1,000 on a rental. We will be speaking to the manager when we go to return the car.”
“It was a pleasure to deal with Ben as my service agent. He,and I along with my husband Willie were able to come to a resolution about our service on the Honda Odyssey.
