Funny how all these reviews/posts have the word "cameras" in bold lettering. It's like the same person with different names are making these comments. I personally looked in the cameras and saw almost 30 dogs to one person. How does one employee keep up with all those dogs? People, if you bring your fur baby here you need to watch. These people are a joke!

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly! Very knowledgeable and made our interview very easy and comfortable. Explained the app and how to book for the future. Explained the packages available for purchase and answered all of my questions. We will be back for daycare for paint enrichment day and planning to board at the end of the month. Fully comfortable with leaving her with this staff and at this facility. My absolute favorite part is that I can check up on her at anytime with the cameras to make sure she's playing and having fun.

The staff take the care and feeding, if you will, of these beloved pets very seriously. Gambol’s vacation stay is going to be more luxurious than mine! They have really taken the time to evaluate the best way to accommodate dogs of various sizes and physical conditions to keep them all safe. The human and dog interaction is invaluable to Gambol’s socialization and mental well being as is it usually just the two of us most days. He is currently in a special needs category as he had surgery on his knee and everyone was well informed and monitored him closely. There are live cameras for all of the play yards so you can keep an eye on your friend through out the visit. The links were very reliable, both my husband and I checked on him several times during his interview process and had no issues. I think one of the most reassuring factors is that CBW is owned by a local veterinarian and I know that Gambol will be well cared for in my absence. Oh, and did I mention they also offer one on one enrichments with your pet with photos? And they also have grooming services.

This was our first time using Camp Bow WOW. We were throughly impressed with the staff. We welcome interview helped pit us as ease since we were able to view our dogs' interactions with other dogs. We loved being able to check in with then through the live cams while we were away. The ability to pick them up on a Sunday was so help as well. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!

Update…
I took my puppy back in today after someone from the company called after the original review and offered to let him come back and get re-groomed. I opted to let his coat grow back out some before returning. His cut this time seems much more professionally done and I’m pleased with the new grooming.
I took my ShihPoo puppy to have his first full grooming this past Friday. When asked how I wanted him cut, I told her to cut his body lower to help keep him cooler and I asked that they pluck his ears per the vet’s request. When I got back to pick him up, he had been shaved almost all the way down on his body and face and his ears did not appear to have been plucked at all. When I got him home, I noticed his coat was extremely choppy and there were long uneven tufts of fur all over him. He has also been scratching nonstop since he was groomed. For $70 I expected my puppy to come home with a nice even cut and more care taken to make him look like he had been professionally groomed. If I had wanted him to look choppy and disheveled, I would have groomed him myself. Very disappointed with this groomer.
