We hired Best Housekeeping for a deep clean for a move-in on our son & DIL's new home. These people have the worst customer relations. From the get go they told us one thing and did another. They were let them into the home in the morning and they were gone not long after. We had several people drive past the house and they all confirmed that no cleaning crew was there. Upon inspection of the house, only the toilets were cleaned, literally nothing else. They came back the next morning to "finish" the job and it looked like they spot cleaned with water and a few paper towels. The checklist on their website details what they will complete in each room. Not even ONE EIGHTH of the list was completed. I am appalled! I have more than two dozen photos of what was not done. The list of what we found includes, but not limited to:1) Grease on the stove wall2) Hand prints, dirt, filth, and fly p*** all over the inside of the entry doors3) Cobwebs on EVERY light fixture and dust in all the globes4) Cobwebs and spider webs on the underside of the island top5) Not one single window was cleaned6) Kitchen cabinet faces were still filthy and the top shelves were not even touched!7) Filthy stove top and oven was left with some greasy watery substance inside the entire oven8) The light switch face plates were disgusting9) Kitchen sink and faucet was dirty10) Baseboards were cleaned in ONLY ONE room.11) The bathroom walls were not touched and the shower floor was filthyI couldn't make this up if I tried. I literally was furious and then just about cried! I sent them the two dozen photos and we received a return call of this woman screaming into the phone and we could not even speak because she wouldn't shut up! My husband is a Deputy Sheriff and she wouldn't even let him say two words and told us to keep our money and hung up on us.This is NOT acceptable! This business is a fraud!

This crew (2 ladies, 1 guy) did an amazing job, definitely will recommend this company to everyone, not only did they do an amazing job, but with the three estimates I received, their price was $200 less. With moving and other expenses I just could not afford what the other company's was asking. Thanks Best Housekeeping Professional.

We hired this company to clean our new home before we moved in, and to clean our rented home we are moving out of. While we were packing our things at our rented home, in our new home they got started at 8am, around 10ish they sent us a text saying they were finish, so we took our loaded truck and went to our new home and when we walked to the front door we can tell the house was clean from the smell, we walked in and checked our home and it was IMMACULATE! Now they are over at our rented home, can't wait to turn in these rented keys.

I call four cleaning companies, this the only one that answered, and I was able to get a quote, so I waited till I got quotes from the other company's and they was $150-250 more than this company, I called this company back two days later and got a answer on the second ring and they did a great cleaning job.

Horrible customer service, told them the trailer I am moving into had not been Inhabited for 8 months! It’s was very dirty and they told me they would performed a deep clean instead of the typical move in clean. Grease was still on the kitchen backsplash, cob webs everywhere, front and back door was not touched, windows were not touched, inside the cabinets and drawers we’re still filthy. We proceeded to send them pictures of all that was dirty and we got nothing but yelling and screaming back from them, definitely will not recommend. I have a pregnant wife who proceeded to have to clean after them! Very disappointed.

Janice and her crew did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment for move out day. Although our move out date was pushed back the crew did a great job in every room that they was able to clean. Definitely would recommend the staff of BHP to anybody that needs cleaning service done. Thank you so very much!

Great communication! We had the ladies at BHP do a move out cleaning service for the new buyers of the home. The did a thorough job! Cleaned things I did not even think of. They are trustworthy as well. I would hire them again.
