The new owner of Robins Pharmacy formerly known as Benzer Pharmacy is not very friendly. I ordered some medication and some more Covid tests and asked if I could get a text to let me know when the person is close (because I have dogs and a fenced in yard and you can't access my doorbell from the road) like before when they delivered to me. He said no they would start delivering around 11 and had about 10 deliveries to do and they needed a signature. I told him I understood but that I was trying to lay down before they got here. He cut me off to tell me no that they needed a signature. So I said "sir I understand what you're saying I'm just trying to lay down because I have Covid and I don't feel good I'm not asking for special treatment just a text to let me know y'all are close, so I can be ready to sign." He cut me off to tell me they would ring the doorbell and leave if no one answered. Again I told him "you cannot access my doorbell from the road and I have dogs." EVERYTIME I TALK TO THIS MAN HE IS RUDE! I don't know what his problem is but I just switched pharmacies to J & M Drugs and I'm so much happier already!!!

The pharmacist was able to clarify that I had been instructed incorrectly by another compounding pharmacy that had previously filled my prescription. He took a great deal of time to be sure I was getting the right medication. They are always friendly and helpful.

This is a very great pharmacy to work with!! They care about their customers and make sure they are satisfied with great customer service!! Very clean establishment and their merchandise is always readily available!!

Robins Pharmacy is exceptional. They send text messages asking to refill prescriptions, then text you when they are ready. They all are professional, courteous & caring about their clients.

Robin's Pharmacy the pharmacist and the staff are great. I don't have any problems at all. They are always friendly and they have my medication filled and ready for pickup. Unlike the bigger pharmacy, with out any headaches or confusion

Robins Pharmacy is the only place I will buy my medication from. The service is fast, friendly and efficient and their communication is excellent. A much more personal experience than the big chains. I highly recommend this operation.

I’ve been using Robins Pharmacy for three years! It feels good to walk into a pharmacy where they recognize me and know my name! And they never take more than a few minutes to get my meds ready! And they have free delivery, too, if you need it!

Fantastic staff, a comfortable couch to wait on, and extra options such as mail order scripts and having your medicine given to you split up to remind you to take it.Highly reccomend!

I came in from out of town and needed to get medication since I forgot it at home. Ankit the pharmacist was able to get it transferred and filled from Missouri within 10 minutes. Amazing service! Thank you
