I never go in anymore. I have banked there 40 years. They never seemed to know m,e and I was always disappointed. When my mom was alive she liked her cash a certain way. There was one teller usually with a line of people and when I was in line someone always came up to me to tell me to use the ATM outside. I would explain I needed cash a certain way. Then they would try to explain to me how to use the ATM!

Unbelievable! Can not speak to an agent. Called four times and went through the phone tree only to get back to the first option or dropped. No help in directly transferring, tax-free IRA distributions to an eligible charity. This option, first available in 2006.

I called BOA 1-800 number to get some information on my remaining balance and I could not a "person" in customer service on the line. Just their "automated" responses that I did not need. B of A bad for customer service.

Very rude to an older gentleman there. Treated him like garbage because he wasn't dressed nicely, and needed help to cash a check. The black lady was very harsh and acted like he was scum. Bless his heart asked for a phone and they looked at him like he was crazy because he needed to make a call. I closed my account there for a reason. Robins financial credit union is way better! I hope everyone else leaves this bank. Need new workers there and stop hiring the selfish stuck up ones.

Reason for my visit was to payoff a loan. Jasmine and her coworkers were knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. I recommend this branch for one-on-one personal assistance in banking matters.

I understand being short staffed but this location lacks in customer service. The Watson location is always so helpful and attentive. I went here to deposit a check and the lady asked if I’m familiar with the mobile app…Obviously lol. I wanted to come in because I thought I could deposit it quicker where as the mobile app has held it before. Customers coming in or using the mobile app shouldn't matter but be taken care of appropriately either way.

Spent 2 hours on christmas day on the phone with BOA bc this locations ATM ate my card cash and check after THREE hours on the phone I put up a sign so someone elses holiday didnt get hijacked. The boa reps getting paid time and a half couldnt care less

Called the phone number listed on Yelp and received this recording... "the number you have dialed is not in service". (478) 238-1231 Is this how "ya'll" keep customers updated online? Blaming COVID for this? Closed my account with B of A.

Not a good bank at all..! I use Bank of America ,but DONT GO TO THE ONE ON RUSSELL PARKWAY..THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE! My mortgage company sent me and my uncle a check because of a flood I had in my home but both of our names is on it.. He signed the check and sent it to me because he lives in Florida and me in Ga. Well I go into the Russell Pkwy bank and try to.deposit it into my account and they would not let me. They said I had ro have an existing bank account with he and Ion it. I'VE had several different checks over the past like that one and never had a problem at the one on watson blvd or taking a picture if front and back and depositing it on my mobile app. These people are young and try to use they're power as a power play... It seems like maybe they can use a better ho.elife and then maybe just maybe they would be more friendly and open minded!!
