This was my first time at this location and I was pondering on going there or going to another salon, but since they were closer to my home, I went there. The positives of this place is they are quick to seat you for services, so the wait time is not long, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean and have a soothing atmosphere. However, my technician from the beginning was on her phone texting and calling I assume to be her child's father from the sounds of their heated conversation so it made my service extra long for just a gel pedicure. Then the prices for a gel regular mani/pedi was over $90 and that took me back. So yes the customer service and prices could be better.

They tell you to choose a color and then after they got my nails done they use the wrong color. How can they charge you $65 when you ask for a fill in and they want to say the length of the nails they gave me or not even the difference, it's very irritating because I had to save the money to get my nails done I'm not one of the people that have money all the time to go and have my nails done whenever I want to I have to save and save and just for them to mess them up. I will not go back there again this is the second time I have came here in the first time I had a bad experience here and now I have another bad experience it ain't going to happen again I knew I should have went somewhere else but now a normal place I go to she is out of town now I'm kicking my butt I should have just waited on her. In the photos the difference in the right hand and the left hand the right hand is longer than the left hand also I had read last time and I wanted pink this time.
Cleanliness: The place is very clean though I give it that
Stylist: Best was very nice , but they should be more they should be more upfront when you come in in your ask how much is it about the price on everything not just the flat rate that's what she gave me the flat rate was 45.00 not it starts at $45 and then goes up when they do this this and this

I came here for the first time while in town for vacation, and Helen did a phenomenal job on my nails. She also made sure that I liked my nail shape and color through the entire process. I did have to wait a little bit, but Helen is worth the wait!

HORRIBLE...I asked for the Royal Pedicure. I waited 40 minutes I finally asked how long was told 5-7 minutes..another 15+minutes I was told ready. The guy with the dyed pink hair came over I was having problems with the chair settings he never tried to help me. My feet soaked 5 minutes if that he did not do anything clipped my nails and painted ..I wanted the Royal Pedicure. Next thing I knew he was draining the water! I said I would only pay the $33 pedicure..I will never be back and SHOULD NOT have paid anything! IVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I really like going here but I really wish they were clear about the prices of their services. That lady had my eyebrows looking amazing but honestly if she had disclosed that a brow tint was $40 I would not have gotten one. It was an add on service so I don't remember if it was on the menu or not. Buyers beware.

Wonderful service for manicures, pedicures, and waxings! Staff is friendly and very helpful. They have so many nail colors to choose from.

I didn't like it at all, the work was bad I asked for diamonds and they didn't put a few just one line and not even right they didn't file them well and my French lines are not straight and for all that they charged me $90 dollars and I think it was too much money for this I didn't like it at all ??

I came here for the first time less than two weeks ago to get a pedicure and fill in. The nail tech did a great job with my pedicure, but the other tech who did my fill in did not do so well. I had an acrylic overlay on my nails and two of my nails had been broken off so i had to get a fake tip. First off, the nail tech used dip powder instead of acrylic (which i had never used before) and he did not ask if it was okay. Just about all of my nails have cracks in them and one of the fake tips have already popped off. I came here because of the many good reviews but will probably never go back again.

This is thee BEST place to get your nails done. The work is QUALITY. I drive 10 miles to come here because I know I will not be disappointed. I’ve had my nails done at several other places in the area, but nothing tops Bamboo. I will never go anywhere else again. Helen is amazing!!!!
