Keisha (store manager) was very helpful when we came in to get wipers for an inherited old F-150. She selected what we needed & installed them for us! We were in and out in a flash! :)

I received great service from Gerald. He was knowledgeable and very patient. He's the poster employee for the type of service Auto Zone is known for. I recommend all ladies stop by this location if you're in need of parts for your ride. Great staffing was in play this particular day. Thank you for the improvements. We do notice.

First time visiting this location. I will not be returning. The time spent with getting a new battery install was too long. The associate was okay but I'm convinced that he has never installed a battery. I asked and he stated that this wasn't his first time but he lied. My friend had to tell him that if positive took off first it has to be put back in that order. My friend worked with the competitor as a Assistant manager. My friend says he was okay give him credit for effort. I say if you are not knowledgeable learn the process first and make the customer aware. Now I understand why it was only 1 car when we arrived if this is the services rendered. I should have read the reviews first and than requested Jessica. But experience is the best teacher. Now I know.

I talked to Anthony at the store he was very rude and disrespectful and I was calling about a motorcycle battery very hateful I hope the manager see these reviews manager disrespectful employees has some employees it is really rude and disrespectful

Great experience at this location . I was assisted by Lexie and she was very knowledgeable about what I needed . I think she was a manager and she should definitely stay in that position or move up fast in this company . Definitely be back !!
