Absolutely a great moving experience! Quick load and great communication for final delivery. Javier coordinated a great crew on both ends and make the move into a Chicago Hi rise a good experience! I highly recommend and would use again!

I want to know what is going to be done to make this nightmare of a move right. My sister and her husband literally had to pay for a hotel and stay behind Sunday (note: first moving van arrived THURSDAY) so my mother who cares for my father (stroke victim) could go ahead to Athens, AL to get settled.My sister and her husband both waited until 8:00 PM for the promised larger moving van to arrive Sunday! Finally because of work they had to leave. They drove until 3:00 am where they had to get a hotel to sleep so they could safely drive the rest of the way back to Athens, AL.Not only did my Sister and brother-in-law have to stay behind to meet a van - that NEVER showed - they actually loaded as many pictures and valuables possible into their vehicles to transport themselves!!My mother had to contact the new owner of the home to have him at the house Monday to see if your company would actually show up to finish packing.This is absolutely inexcusable! I want my sisters hotel room reimbursed and I want my parents reimbursed for the ENTIRE cost of hiring your company - which turned out to be a complete fiasco! I will be happy to let everyone know just how horribly wrong this move went and to never hire your company - ever.If I could give a negative 5 star - I would.

We are still waiting on all of our things to be delivered. Several items were haphazardly thrown into the truck and are now damaged and broken. Not sure who is at fault. I’m hoping they will resolve this issue quickly.

On time flexible and priced well. The packers and movers on both sides of our move were awesome, friendly and helpful. The driver was exceptional, courteous on time and very professional. He kept in contact throughout the travel period.Excellent, would book them again. Hopefully last move for me though...
