Aiden by Best Western Warm Springs Hotel and Event Center is a beautiful hotel in a rural area, providing a peaceful, quaint, and quiet small resort experience. The property and its lovely overlook are beautifully landscaped, offering amazing and beautiful views. It is a perfect location, less than five minutes from The Little White House and near wonderful hiking trails. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, helpful, incredibly kind, and courteous, with phenomenal service noted. The on-site cafe and restaurant, however, received mixed feedback. The menu is somewhat sparse, mostly a bar with a few snacks, and was disappointing to some, with reports of unavailable entrees and food that was not fresh. While the food ordered was hot and acceptable for a bar menu, like a forgettable pizza, there is no service after hours to order food as nearby restaurants close early. The hotel is pet friendly but has no designated pet walk or dog amenities. Overall, it is a really amazing and great hotel that exceeded expectations for many, who are happy to keep returning and would recommend staying there.
I travel for work and my company puts me up in this hotel regularly. I have always enjoyed me stay here. The rooms are quiet and clean and the staff is very accommodating. The views are beautiful and it is near wonderful hiking trails. Nilay is awesome, a stand out employee. I'm happy to keep returning here.

Check in was quick and accommodating. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Cafe menu is somewhat sparse, depending on your taste. This hotel was really amazing. It is less than 5 minutes from The Little White House and maybe 10 minutes from the Bulloch House. Perfect location! The staff was so helpful and just incredibly kind. Will stay again!
